This place is the worst ( and ive seen bad ) they manage my condo and sent in an unlicensed contractor to remove my ( 3yr old ) A/C Unit to rebuild my balcony and now the unit wont cool and i cone to find out the contractor is not licensed in N.J. They keep lying about the license saying the contractor hasnt sent the info . Well over 100 units were removed and reconnected here and management hires them without asking for info ?? This is an atrocious property "management" company that specializes in frivolous fees and nonexistent communication. Our property manager did not even show up to the DCA inspection, and is completely aloof of any issues within the building that need to be fixed. Don't get "cornered" by Corner Property Management.

Be forewarned if your community is looking for a competent, fair, responsive property management company, Corner Property Managemebt is not it. Breaks my heart to rate any company so low but I feel morally obliged to warn others & then draw your own conclusions. True, HOAs & COAs also have volunteer boards, made up of your neighbor residents that may or may not be transparent with their non-board members neighbors, but the property management company carries out common property maintenance & repairs. If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately that's not an option. My father has been going back and forth with this company for over a year. Corner Property Management took over as the property manager for my father's condo and all of a sudden he had an outstanding balance on his monthly common charge statement of over $1,000. He has never missed a payment and has sent them documentation to prove it which they ignore and continue to send requests for the payment. We have been utilizing Corner Property Management at least the past 5 years that I have been President of the Association. They return every email and only just a call away. Corner Property has been 100% responsive to our needs and understands our bylaws to ensure they are followed. I would highly recommend this company and would not even think of entertaining another.

If they had less then one star I would have put that. I don't know who runs this company but every single person I have dealt with or spoken to is beyond Rude and speaks as if they don't have to answer any questions that arise. I live in a condo community that just took on this company and let me tell you if they last the year I will be super surprised No one in this company realizes that the CUSTOMER pays them and in return they should have decency to be aware of situations

A horrible property management company. They manage the condo I live in around NJ. Here are some things they have done:
1. They use their own services and providers. Our building had a leak in the laundry room, and instead of going getting quotes from multiple vendors for a better price, they used their own preferred vendor. Not only was it overpriced, but the issue wasn't even fixed!
2. We had bills that were due for more than 2 months. They neglected to pay them until we found out about it!
3. They reply to your questions in 45 days. Yep, if you want to get replies in 45 days, then go with

There is nothing decent about this management company. If you are looking to secure a professional company that will indeed have your best interests at heart and treat you with respect and professionalism, this is not the company for you. If you read further, this company has bad reviews for a reason and my hope is that you will try to reconsider that perhaps there is some truth to it and stay away. This company is absolutely horrible. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life by a regional manager no less. Anthony Keene hung up on me twice and refused to answer the phone when transferred over to him. absolutely disgusting that somebody is in a position of power with an organization like this they don't care about their customers nor do they care about providing information that is needed.

Living in a building run by Corner Property Management has been the absolute worst. I have lived in numerous buildings prior to this one, and never have I been treated so rudely and ignored.
Our building has a theft problem and there have been no attempts to help improve the security of our building. It took them two weeks to consider fixing a broken lock. Also, they will do anything they can to get money from you, even though they do absolutely nothing to care for your building. In fact, they ignore your phone calls. If you call them, you will get no one...every extension goes to voicemail.

Awful company! Unresponsive is an understatement. They will straight up ignore you if you need their help. They shouldn't be called a management company, because they don't manage at all! Why am I even paying a maintenance fee? Absolutely the worst management company I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. AWFUL!
