Scheduled in May for the work to be done in August. They called (the only time I heard from them) in late July to move my work back another month. After the car was in the shop, even though they said they would update me, they never did. All communication was initiated by me. I have worked in the automotive industry for over 40 years. This is the worst body shop experience I have ever.

I was rear ended, and they were able to get me in that afternoon for an estimate. Bruce and Lauren were friendly, personable, and efficient. They got back to me when they said they would, and my car was repaired quickly, which is saying a lot with all the hail damage repairs being done at the moment. They also gave me an estimate for my hail repairs which was much more reasonable than any other body shop or PDR place around. Would definitely use them again.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
Please becareful in dealing with this body shop as they do not complete repairs and advise that the customer can track down the parts that are needed. Trey also has no problem with his cocky little attitude to advise you to "call your lawyer" if that's what you want to do. Completely unprofessional people.

We took our dodge ram 2500 to Michael Hawthorne at Cockrell's in Robertsdale and were greeted with professionalism and complete confidence in the body work that needed to be done. The original time frame was estimated to take 3 weeks but our truck was completed in less than two weeks. You would never be able to tell there was any damage whatsoever. They kept us informed of progress as the work took place and managed every step with the insurance company. Hopefully we won't need body work any time soon but if we do, we will definitely be going back to see Michael at Cockrell's Body Shop in Robertsdale
