Took our pickup down for my husband to have the tires balanced. Came home and when my husband came home and said it was missing a hub cap. We called and they found it in the parking lot where the tech parked the truck for me to pick up. Obviously the cap was not put on well. My husband drove it a couple of tines and said it was bouncing even worse than before. He took it back down there and they supposedly balanced them again. They said it was off. It still isn't right. Not ever taking another of our vehicles there again.

Mobile, Al location: Terrible service! My dad took his car in for tire rotation and balance, oil change. The next morning the concrete under the car was covered in oil. Took back to Sweat tires and was treated so rude! They forgot to tighten the oil plug and didn't even refill the car with the oil it lost out.

I dropped my car off late yesterday at Sweat Tire in Robertsdale so the brakes and tires could be evaluated. I thought it likely that my car's mileage meant it was time for brake servicing and perhaps new tires.
I just got a call from the nice folks at Sweat. They told me that there is no need yet to service my brakes and that my tires are good… for another 10,000 to 15,000 miles. I can't help but believe that many, perhaps most, auto service shops would have been calling to tell me of the work that needed to be done and the money that needed to be spent. That's not the Sweat way though

My wife stopped by the Loxley location today because a low tire pressure light came on this morning. She waited for at least 10 minutes and was never helped at the front desk. Someone came in and dropped something on the desk but never said anything. She had to get back to work, but I guess we aren’t getting new tires from here.

Always go there for tire needs cause always get great service. Got there today from out of town at 4:20pm, keep in mind they close at 5pm. They was busy as all could be but they still got my car in and put new tire on and others balance and rotated and ready to go before they closed. As always thanks sweat tire.
