I practice wholistic therapy because it embraces the whole person, emotional, spiritual, physical, mental-all the parts make up the whole. Wholistic psychotherapy utilizes traditional and non-traditional therapies to bring about healing, balance and integration. Your body offers a wealth of powerful information, if you know how to listen to it.
There is an intrinsic honesty within the body. It's a beautiful place to begin. I will help you slow down and listen to your own body, to breathe deeply, to slow your mind, and to hear what your body is saying. I work with people who feel hopeless or lost, who are struggling to find meaning or purpose in their lives.

I have been seeing Erika for weekly therapy for about two years now. She has been a godsend for me by providing a tremendous amount of support as I've gone through really challenging transitions that include graduating from school, an intensely emotional break up, starting a business, starting a doctoral program, and growing in my profession.
This isn't all, though. Erika has been a spiritual guide, leading me in a direction of self-empowerment, radical honesty (with kindness), mindfulness and finding my creative voice. She has so much to offer people like me who have had a rocky

I saw Erika for a number of months on a weekly basis in late 2011-early 2012. The weeks leading up to calling Erika were heavy (physically and emotionally) and I felt stuck without know how to process what I was going through. A series of life events had unfolded, bringing up memories and feelings of trauma experienced early in life that I had no prior understanding of.
In the work that Erika and I did together for those four months I cannot begin to explain the amount of change that came about. I was able to quit a job I despised and gave full priority to my dream job (within month 1 I was

Erika was a great masseuse! i was enduring some horrible cramping (i think i literally took 1400 mg of ibuprofen yesterday) and, after a lovely one-hour massage with erika today, i feel SO much better.
the great thing about erika was her ability to incorporate all types of massage. i've had some really soothing swedish massage, and i've also had some really hardcore shiatsu-type massage. both are good, but when someone can be in tune enough to know what to use when, its so much better. today, due to said cramping, she employed some thai massage techniques, that we're apparently
