Beware of the service department. Purchased three trailers and before picking them up constantly asked for the PSI set point and was told by the service manager Toni that it is setup at 100. Not even two months inside tire started to wear on all the trailers and brought one trailer to find the root cause. Was told that it needs PSI adjustment.. obviously it was not set at 100 when I picked it up from them. They slapped me with a bit for 140-150 and I said it's not about the bill it's about ethics that you guys told me without checking that PSI is set at a point which it was not.. anyways

My trailer had issue with the pins pulling in so that I could slide my tandems. I showed up at last minute and they worked me in immediately. Within 2hrs the mechanic had it fixed and was ready to roll. Thanx guys for the QUICK & AWESOME SERVICE. I had been sitting since Wednesday evening 2-5-2020 trying to find someone to help me and couldn't afford to sit any longer.

Meet with ken the salesman. One of the worst salesman that I've ever meet. The conversation about buying a trailer lasted about 30 seconds, told me a price and can't do any extras on the trailer (add boxes and aluminum wheels) I said have a nice day! No trailers in stock, how does this business stay in businees??

Superior Service, even on Sunday.
Twice today (Sunday 5/31/15) my trailer had a critical failure of its diesel engine jeopardizing the load. A fuel leak at 03:00am and what turned out to be a wiring issue preventing the engine from running at 09:00am. Both times someone arrived within 30 minutes of being called. The gentleman that came out both times was a pure pleasure to deal with and provided superior service both times. Both times he worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose and resolve the issue to help save the load.
I highly reccomend this shop for service. Thank you to the gentleman

The service department here doesn't understand what customer service is all about they could care less if your trucking business suffers they just actually don't care here. I wouldn't recommend spending your hard-earned money buying trailers here getting trailer service it is not worth the headache.
