Very reasonable pricing. From the moment we arrived they told us what needed to be done and gave us an accurate estimate they also told us if there were any other issues they would call us.
We received the call sooner than expected that our boat trailer was ready to be picked up and the customer service was beyond what one would expect in the Fresno heat, these guys sure know what they are doing!

On April 21, 2021, Mike at The Outdoorsman installed a DEMCO Air Force One (with Wireless Coachlink option) braking system on my Jeep Wrangler and 41-foot Dynamax motorhome (with air brake system).
I live in Paso Robles and although there is an authorized DEMCO installer where I live (Sky River RV), I have had such poor experiences with their overpriced service department and poor quality workmanship that I decided to make an appointment at The Outdoorsman in Fresno, which is a 2-hour drive from me. The Outdoorsman is also an authorized DEMCO dealer but a key difference is they have great reviews

I dealt with Mike to order parts and set up installation of a hitch and wiring assembly. I had a question after hours and sent an email and received a response that night. The service was performed in a very reasonable time while I waited. In fact, I had a question after the shop was closed but called anyway and Mike was there and answered the call. No promises for the after hours service, of course, but it spoke to me of taking care of their customers. I was a repeat customer, having had wiring installed on a previous vehicle. I highly recommend The Outdoorsman.
