Ricky is my agent now, the reason he is my agent is because he is very professional, has a great sense of humor, very friendly , and knows his business. He went over all that I currently had and asked alot of probing questions, I could tell my needs were actually important to him that I wasn't just some sales call for him. After finding out my needs and what I currently had he was able to get me better coverage while also saving me $25 a month. He has kept in contact with me to make sure everything went smooth, and his follow up was definately appreciated. He does an awesome job of making you feel

I worked with Jess during my move to Williamsburg. She made the entire process seamless - from arranging homeowner's ins. to car ins. She even advised me for some additional products that were inexpensive, but just made sense. I feel fortunate to be covered through State Farm to to have received such great customer service. I would highly recommend this agency.

I recently moved over to Steve Sparkman’s office from another State Farm agent. I am absolutely amazed of the different service. Steve is great! But Michele Overton is amazing. Never have I had a person in my corner than has explained insurance to me the way she has. I have been under insured for some time now and she easily explained why. I have met with Steve and Michele numerous times since moving to their office. The 12 years I was with the other office I do not recall ever sitting down and going over my insurance situation. So now I’m insured correctly and I feel my family and I are protected

Awesome customer service! Ricky Walter and Steve Sparkman went out of their way to sit down with me on a Saturday afternoon to discuss options for my current policy. I left that meeting feeling well informed and comfortable with my decisions. The professionalism and knowledge are outstanding even if that dude Ricky is dressed like a 70s disco hippie with a bob haircut.

The team at Steve Sparkman-- State Farm is professional, courteous, honest, and efficient. Michele, the team lead and office manager, helped us transfer auto coverage for our uncle's car last summer with the greatest of ease! I recently reached out to her on behalf of another relative's policy and she reviewed it within the hour plus she provided an earnest critique of the existing policy. Her forthright input led us to keep that policy as is elsewhere, but we were so impressed with her honest consideration of what's in our best interest and the pros and cons therein that we're now having her review
