He earned his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Cincinnati and went on to obtain his Masters of Business Administration at The College of William and Mary.

I've been with Terry Laufer's Nationwide for over 15 years. My experience with them as a company and personally has been excellent. I'm thankful to call Terry and his family my friends. It is nice to work with a family business as a person who is in a family business myself. They have been very good to me, and I appreciate everything that they do.

I have had Nationwide for over ten years. I used to have a personal agent that reviewed my policy annually. But things have changed. No body contacts me anymore. In the last few years they have messed up my… auto policy 3 times when changes were requested. Once my entire policy with 4 cars cancelled, once they failed to make the addition of my son when he started driving, and now they have let another vehicle be uninsured when a change was requested. And it is me that discovers these lapses. They don't even contact me when they get notified. Perhaps they have just gotten too big to care
