Dropped my motorcycle insurance without notice. Then the phone rep had the audacity to lie about it when I called almost a month after. I only found out through a DMV notice mailed to me. There was no reason to call if I already knew about it. Also motorcycle insurance is a separate policy hence the SEPARATE POLICY NUMBER. I have an impeccable driving record highest the DMV gives.
I have had an auto policy with them for over 12 years and they dropped us because of my significant other had "to many claims" on the AUTO INSURANCE, not motorcycle insurance which she was not covered under.

I've been with State Farm for a little over two years now and I couldn't imagine being with anyone else! McKenzie West has been SO helpful with getting our insurance straight when purchasing a new home and then when we refinanced a year later. She has been beyond patient with all of the changes we've made on our auto policy as my husband got 3 new vehicles within one year. Also, McKenzie helped us with insurance for a wedding reception that we ended up canceling due to COVID and she handled every detail of that for us. We are SO happy with State Farm and we highly recommend Colin Owens team! :

Cody is EXCELLENT to work with because he gets the job done!! I had 2 major requests that involved myself and 2 of my family members. He handled it like a pro.
