Services
Red Sun Yoga opened in 2004 in Winter Park, Florida as Red Door Yoga. The same year, we became a registered school with the Yoga Alliance, and graduated our first class of certified yoga teachers graduated. By 2006, we had outgrown our space and decided a move was necessary for our continued growth.
We strongly suggest that you download the Red Sun Yoga app, if it is available on your device. Our app provides access to the current schedule, account information, workshop details, etc. and offers you the opportunity to register (or cancel) classes with two clicks. Reminder: please arrive prior to the posted class start time.
Gentle classes are defined by their accessibility to nearly everyone. The pacing of the gentle classes is mindful and slow, allowing time to move from one posture to the next or simply stay where you are if that is what your body is asking for on a particular day. Options to go a little deeper may be offered if you're looking for a deeper stretch, but the foundation of a gentle class is to provide a safe place to cultivate inner peace.
Workshops and Events are non-refundable. Please treat them like tickets to a concert tickets or the latest Broadway show. If you don't show up, we cannot fill the spot with another paying student OR pay the teacher for thathowing prevents us for selling that spot or the facilitator from being paid on that ticket.

Meeting with Diane Pilavtosky for my first ever sound healing therapy was one of the most uplifting experiences I've ever had...it's so hard to put into words of how different and elating I was before and after this session. The studio itself is super clean, inviting and immediately brings serenity upon entering. The room Diane had everything set up in was beyond next level relaxation and comfort...I didn't want to leave!! Diane is so talented in performing all the different sound stations too. I had such crazy energy and left with such positive vibes that I'm already going back in two weeks!

This place is wonderful. Im newer to yoga and have found classes that are a great fit for my needs. The space is inviting and the team is oh so great at what they do. I always look forward to the Tuesday night yoga for hips and spine. It’s the perfect way to end my day.

Great location. Organized and on-time. Classes are not crowded. The facility is spacious, open, super clean, and peaceful. The instructors are amazing. The environment is very accommodating for your Yoga level weather you have limited experience like me or years of experience. They offer several different classes based on degree of difficulty. They color code the classes to make it easy for you to select classes based on your comfort level. The scheduling is very easy to do online. They take the time to educate you on the different classes by offering detailed descriptions that work best for your

What a fantastic experience I've had so far at Red Sun Yoga! I tried their introductory special (30 days for $30), which I highly recommend. It's a great way to try different classes, different instructors, and different class times to see what works for your schedule. EVERY class and EVERY instructor have been truly amazing. The Gentle classes are just that--no matter what your ability. They're so relaxing and loosen up your entire body. Fantastic stress relief! I just tried the more challenging Yin yoga class--still very doable even for beginners. Great workout! Every instructor provided tips

Red Sun Yoga is a great place that is full of caring and compassionate teachers who know the human body. They are very observant and helpful at recognizing a students pain and help to release muscle tension and improve stretching through suggestions for that specific person's body and capabilities. I'm so glad they have been able to open under limited capacity as it greatly improves my life and physical and mental well being to be there. It was a great addition to and pick up after physical therapy. I'm getting great relief.

As cliche as it sounds I really do wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! They have a great teacher who allows you to modify the routine to what feels most comfortable to you. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who's new to yoga or just looking to relieve stress, all levels are welcome at red sun! I know they have occasional specials for new members so ask about those when you go in! Seriously, check this place out and get your zen on.

Free classes on Sundays at 4:30 taught by newly certified instructors is a huge incentive to drive 20 miles out of my way for yoga and I was definitely impressed and happy I made the trek!
Red Sun is recently (beautifully) renovated and offers a lovely large room where yogis may practice. They have a spacious main studio with new wood floors and soft lighting. Beside this space along an adjacent wall are shelves with bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows, towels and straps. Across from the "Yoga-cessities" wall are the gender neutral restrooms. In an effort to promote sustainability

I frequently take yoga classes here and am very pleased with the welcoming environment and space to practice. Love the instructors and their help when a pose has not been performed right. I like that you can use props you may not have thought would be helpful. Tip. Be on time because the doors lock as soon as class starts.

Warm and welcoming whether you are a returning practioner, novice or very experienced. There are classes for all levels and interests; guided meditation has been part of every class I have taken. Class guides give several modifications to help make postures as challenging or as gentle as one wants; in fact Gentle Yoga classes are scheduled several times a week. Everyone I have come into contact with at Red Sun Yoga has been so knowledgeable and genuine; one really has the sense that they live what they teach spiritually as well as physically. I signed up with the $30 for 30 days plan and will

I am absolutely in love with this place! Used to take jazz and ballet here as a child when it was a totally different studio and company obviously. It is sooo beautiful,,peaceful,,clean,,welcoming,,zen like and just fabulous. They offer classes to fit everyone's needs and whenever I leave here I feel better than if I had had a massage. My back no longer bothers me. I'm so incredibly relaxed it's unbelievable. Highly recommend and suggest that you go and check it out! They have bolsters,,yoga blocks,,blankets,,mats,,pillows and everything is so very clean. It's gorgeous! Very

I have practiced yoga at home with the help of videos and online yoga studios for years. I thought I would hate going to a studio and doing yoga in front of a bunch of people, so I had never tried it. When some health issues came up, I knew I had to find a way to get motivated and do yoga every day -- what better way than to spend money on a membership, right? Because I didn't really know where to start, I decided to try Red Sun Yoga... mostly because they have that little Buddha statue set up in the corner of the studio and also because it's a 10 minute drive from my house.

Red Sun Yoga offers everything you would want in a yoga studio: a relaxing environment, a variety of classes offered at convenient times, skilled and personable instructors and a beautiful studio.
They offer a variety of packages in order to make yoga affordable for their members as well as to accommodate individual yoga goals.
An added bonus: they have a large selection of pillows, blankets, stretch bands, yoga blocks and mats so you're never without proper equipment.
I love Red Sun Yoga and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in furthering their practice.

I have tried doing yoga at several other places, but I have yet to be as comfortable anywhere else as I am here. I've done classes from Hatha to Ashtanga and have only had issues with one class, but that might be more related to my irritation with the Adele the instructor played rather than the class itself.
I'm glad to live close by and try to work at least one class a week into my schedule. The times are convenient, so I'm always able to find at least one day during the week where I'm able to make it to the class I want. While most of the instructors seem to rotate out after

I have been going to Red Sun Yoga for over a year and I can't believe it's taken me so long to write a review! I had been away from my practice for about 8 years and, quite frankly, I was feeling a little intimidated. Living in the downtown-ish area I'm surrounded by yoga studios but none of them seemed to "fit" what I was looking for. It was all Power-This and Hot-That and other such nonsense. I think I even saw a class somewhere called "Yoga for Wimps"; seriously?!? When did yoga become an extreme sport? I was looking for a place that emphasized the mental

I'm a newbie who was really hesitant about my first class, but they make you feel welcome and let you work at your own pace. They also have a special pass for newcomers - $50 for unlimited classes that lasts for 30 days. It's really tempting to go here everyday, which is saying something for someone who HATES exercise! I definitely recommend this place.
