If you have already obtained a 200 hour certification and would like to take your teaching to the next level our 670 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 300 Hour Level.

After spending 2 weeks away from my home practice in Virginia, I was in desperate need of a yoga class. I stumbled upon this studio in Altamonte and signed up for a heated flow class. It was just what I needed to get my body and mind the energy I missed from being away from my practice. The instructor adapted the class to accommodate those who were new to yoga, but kept it challenging for everyone. Ten dollars well spent. I will be back when I return to FL.

I went to a Bikram yoga class on 2/25th at 5:30 in the afternoon. And since it was my first time, I didn't know that it lasted an hour and a half. Therefore, around 6:45, in a quietly way I let the instructor know that I was leaving. Then she got extremely close and told me that I couldn't go and I explained that I had to go get my daughter at 7pm. Then she approached me almost in my face and told me that I had to have discipline and that It wasn’t right for me to leave in that way. She then opened the door in a rude way and kept whispering. I was like wth! Aren’t we adults and I was very respectful
