I started going here after seeing them on the “Best of Westchester” list. I am so impressed with this place and Linda is beyond amazing!!

Appalling customer service. We requested a sympathy arrangement, in blues and whites. We were told it needed to have yellows, they didn't have enough blue flowers. When I saw the arrangements at the funeral home I was extremely disappointed. I hadn't seen such a bad arrangement in years! It was very spartan, and they hadn't even filled the gaps with greens. I phoned them to tell them how upset I was, we wanted a special bouquet for this family. They didn't want to hear, no mention of new flowers being sent out, or a credit. Awful experience.

The good news is that my husband ordered Easter flowers yesterday and they arrived today. The bad news is that the colors were totally wrong. They sent bold yellows and reds. Purple is the primary Easter color with other soft pastels like pink and white. I can't even put these on my dinner table. So disappointing, especially for the price.

I needed to change the delivery date for an order I placed online when the recipient mentioned being out of town that day. I called the florist, they took the information and the arrangement was delivered later that day. I'm so impressed and wished I still lived in the area so I could use them regularly. The arrangement was beautiful and customer service A+

They did a magnificent job on table flowering plants for a recent party. Great ideas, easy to work with, fair price.

The funeral arrangement I ordered was absolutely beautiful!! Exactly what I wanted for someone very special to me. The woman who placed my order was so sweet! I am a very picky person and I want to say that this will be my go to florist from now on!! Beautiful!!!

Said to communicate via text and after chasing them down for week to get a quote and confirmation to do the work needed and then being told an outrageous price for small bouquet of flowers and now being left with nothing to do 2 days before my wife’s baby shower. 63 years in business they don’t worry. Complete lack or care for customer needs!!! Do not give them your business!!!

My Mom loved her Mother's Day flowers from Freyer's Florist and the level of service she received. Given COVID, the store called after the flowers were delivered to make sure all was satisfactory.

We were thrilled to see the arrangement Friar’s put together for us. We had a funeral to go to and we called Friar’s nursery. They were professional and put together a beautiful arrangement. They also delivered right to the church. We are grateful for the, since they were there for us in our time of need.

I you need a local florist who will provide attention to detail and great customer service this is the place. A family run Florist with the old fashioned way of doing business....by today's standards are hard to come by. From the simple to the complex they can put together almost anything of your desires. Well worth the visit.

Ordered flowers from them today with a very short notice and to be delivered to boot. Had my ordered delivered within 90 minutes. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but the lady that took the order was awesome. I will only buy flowers from Freyer's now. Thank you so much.
