Services
We are known for having a variety of jumpers and water slides. Whether it is for a small family party or a grand birthday, our jumpers will make any party a memorable event! From work parties to fundraising events, our Margarita/Slushy Machines are essential for any event! We also offer a variety of flavors from mango to lime.
You pay the driver upon delivery of the rental equipment. Method of payment is CASH, Or Venmo ONLY. A deposit is required at booking to finalize your reservation. The driver will then have you sign the rental agreement which indicates that you have paid. For the safety of your guests, we require a minimum of 3-5 feet from any walls surrounding jumpers.

Vanessa was easy to communicate with and friendly. The speaker that we rented arrived on time and got picked up once we were done so about 30min over the pick up schedule but she was ok with that which was nice. They helped set up and showed us how to use the speaker.
The only issue I had was the power plug was a little loose that I got discounted a couple of times but it was manageable and I informed her about it.
I would use their service again and I will recommend them to friends, family, and my fellow yelpers.

The owner said that due to Covid All of their equipment was brand new, upon receiving tables and chairs that I rented from this company for a party, I noticed about 90% of the rentals were pretty dirty. I was hosting a small party and all seats were accounted for, I received a chair that was broken. I messaged the owner and sent a picture, no apology not even a simple response back. Advertised on Yelp is a 10% discount on PARTY PACKAGES, but the owner does not allow you to use it on party packages. ALSO there is a delivery fee which I found to be very strange. I have worked with many party rental

The only negative is that I did not get the lead man name nor his partners
From the delivery to the pick up it was fantastic
Chairs and tables were clean and in good condition
I would recommend this Party Rental company to anyone for their tables and/or chairs needs

It was a pleasure doing business with Empire Party Rentals. I had a tent, tables and chairs, and heaters. Vanessa was very helpful. I contacted her several times about the rentals and she was knowledgeable and very friendly. Her crew was great also. They came and put up a tent and made sure that everything was perfect before they left. I highly recommend them for your next event. Pricing was very reasonable also. Thanks for everything!

Didn't have an option for NO STARS so I had to go with one. Apparently inquiring on products/services is not as easy a process as one would hope with this company. And a bit rude at that - unprofessional and sarcastic ... I was advised they had no chairs available (ok that's fine, maybe they're all booked) but they did have heaters and I asked what the heaters looked like and the response I got was "heaters" ... seriously??? There are various types & descriptions of heaters that other more courteous & professional companies have provided. First impressions do make

Extremely disappointed! Empire didn't even show up with my rentals that was booked weeks in advance!
Don't order from here unless you're trying to get shafted

Ordered rentals two weeks ago....called and confirmed twice (once a week before and once the day before)
Was told rentals would arrive before noon...I asked if they can come at 10am and was told yes
Cut to the day of the event...10am they don't show so I wait longer....12pm nothing so I call....Vanessa answers the phone says that the deliver drivers are "in the neighborhood and would be there soon"
