No issues at all, they were on time, polite, abs extremely helpful with providing all info needed prior to renting... they came out at the time they specified and kept me updated all along the way. They even went above and beyond because we changed our mind on heaters and they had some on truck for next party, but he allowed us to rent them and made an extra stop back at shop to pick up more, so I thought what was really cool to do...but we priced with other places and they were by far, the most fair in price. Let me start off by saying that Luis and his crew were on top of it. From the moment of first contacting Luis he was responsive and very communicative. He responded promptly and gave me a break down of what was going to be needed. He sent out an invoice with everything and communicated when everything was going to be set up. The day of delivery he sent out a text with the arrival time and was punctual and the same for pick-up. They were in and out so quick. I will definitely be keeping him in my contacts for future events and have even recommended them to family and friends around the area

So happy with SR Party Rentals! I had a last minute celebration the beginning of December and they had everything I needed for an 80 people get together. Professional service and constant communication. They delivered on a Friday (my celebration was on Saturday) and picked-up on Sunday just like SR Party Rentals said they would. SR Party Rentals is the only company I will use for rentals. Luis and his team were great to work with! Communication was excellent, and delivery was prompt. All tables, chairs and linens were in excellent condition. Luis had a swatch book for all linen colors available. He had a great selection, and the linen colors ordered were spot on my theme. I recently needed to rent chairs at the absolute last minute and Luis set me up with no problem! Easy pick up and drop off. It was especially nice that he was local too. Very convenient.

Hosted a rehearsal dinner at our house. Luis was really easy to communicate with. I originally reached out via Yelp and then communicated via text. Rented 30 chairs, 5 tables and a heater. He delivered in the time frame he gave us and also brought everything back to our patio. I would definitely rent from them again!

I really wanted to give this business a try due to all the good reviews and not one single bad review. Unfortunately, they had false advertisement on their website stating "Text for Faster Reply" I texted them on Monday 11/8 at 2:13PM and I did not receive a text until almost an hour later. Hmm, no big deal, an hour isn't that bad right? I responded right after, but not just an hour passed, but they never responded! Why advertise on your website claiming you will respond quickly with a text if you can't come through with what you promised? I'm not finished...I then respond

Just used SR Rentals for the first time this Halloween weekend & they were amazing! I contacted them at the beginning of the month, and the response time was quick. They communicated very well & let me know when they were arriving for pick up & drop off. They gave me ample time the day before my party to have the items I rented at my home. I rented a 20x30 canopy this weekend for a baby shower. It was the best decision we made. We had options for lights or side walls but we just got the basic. The guys that set up were friendly and quick. There work was amazing they also cleaned the canopy after set up. We are definitely going to use them next month for another party. Luis and his crew went above and beyond for my son's first birthday party. I made several changes as to what I needed prior to the party and Luis was very accommodating. I ordered chairs, tables, and a tent. While putting up the tent I decided last minute that I wanted a side panel added to protect our guests from the afternoon sun. Without hesitation, Luis came back and added the side panel late that night. I was so impressed with his customer service! I have rented tables and chairs from other companies in the past and had to clean them when they arrived dirty. Luis had delivered everything spotless

Luis and his team were great and efficient! Communication was easy via text and the tables/linens and chairs I rented were perfect for the Celebration of Life I had planned. Everything was delivered the morning before the event and picked up late afternoon the day after, which was nice as it gave us ample time to set up/tear down everything. Good prices too!

I used SR Party Rentals for my granddaughters birthday party. Great price for a 20x30 Canopy, table and chairs. Delivery, set up and pick up was perfect timing. Luis was in constant contact with me. It got pretty windy, hours after they set up. He came back to the house to secure the canopy. Amazing customer service. I recommend SR 100%!

We needed items for a funeral. Obviously this was a little last minute and then the weather started looking bad.

SR was quick to respond and was very well priced. We ordered a bunch of tables and chairs then with just a few days before the event needed to add canopies as well to protect our outdoor gathering from the rain.

Not k my was SR able to accommodate the last minute changes they had it all set up very quickly and arrived right as scheduled the day before the event to make sure everything worked out.
