At JZPC, a representative will work with you directly to provide estimates and pricing for any additional labor, delivery, or pickup, based on rental location and times requested. Standard installation and removal services are included within the provided costs of the following items: Canopies, Sidewall, Canopy Accessories, Heating, Staging, Dance Floor, Turf, Carpet, and Sub Floors.

If I could give a zero star, I will do so. JZPC is so unprofessional, very rude and lack customer service skills. We ended up canceling the morning of our party due to their lack of professionalism and the fact that they couldn’t delivery the rentals within the time frame as agreed. Our time was set for 2pm and they were talking about delivery at 3pm instead of 12pm as agreed upon. (We were able to call another rental place that my sister had used 5 years ago and got our chairs and tables within 10 minutes.)

Terrible customer service. I called to order some tables and chairs and the woman who picked up the phone hung up on us after our first call. We called back and the same woman gave us price estimates for their tables and chairs and she was again very rude and hung up on us before we could ask any other questions
