Eastern Virginia Pediatric Dentistry

Always be aware of a staff that has a coordinator that greets you like a funeral parlor consultant. We had estimates done by several dentists. This was by far the most expensive. They would not even commit to a cost. Stay away.

I have been taking my son here for 3 plus years, and service has been outstanding. I took him in this week and the service was exceptional. I didn't think they was room for improvement because they were already 10 out of 10, I give them 11, because they are above anything I have ever experienced. I drive an hour from Williamsburg, and will continue they can't see him any more.

Today was my sons second visit at this office ! He saw Dr. V and Luiz was his dental assistant ! Luiz made the experience easy and fun for my 7 year old and for myself !! The office is extremely clean and all of the staff is friendly!! :)

The worst Dr. Morgan cares nothing about the kids she is there to provide services to and is all about getting a check. Her staff is great but I don’t know how they tolerate her horrible attitude.

Best pediatric dentist, kids feel wonderful after leaving. Dental Assistants go above and beyond to make my kids feel safe, special and cared for.

Once Dr. Hamlin retired leaving the business in Dr. Morgan's hands, it has gone down hill. My children has been going for over 20 years faithfully. The ladies at the front desk are rude and defensive when they are asked a question.
They are so vindictive to cancel my son's appointment, after a conversation that I could not get a clear answer for in regards to insurance. That's awful, when we drive 40 minutes to make the appointment. When loyal workers just up and quit after 25 years then patrons are being talked to nastily, don't waste your time going here.
So Sad!

My four year old son had his first ever trip to the dentist today. He had the works: cleaning, xrays, flossing, fluoride and he was calm and relaxed the whole time!! This is NOT his usual. I’m crediting Luis… and Dr. Vera plus the colorful and friendly atmosphere of EVPD with that state of mind/emotion. We delayed going to the dentist based on the screaming and crying we’ve encountered at numerous doctor visits, haircuts, preschool drop off, etc. But today was amazing! Luis and Dr. Vera were fantastic. Gentle, no flinching even with his first ever flossing. Tonight, my son said

We've been coming here from the Hilltop area since 2009 and wouldn't go anywhere else! Our kids feel very comfortable with all of the staff because you guys go out of your way to be super friendly. We love Dr Vera and had the pleasure of having Luis as our hygienist today. Welcome to the team, guys! You guys are AWESOME!

The entire office was very welcoming! From the moment we walked in my daughter was very excited to be there. Lauren did a wonderful helping her to feel comfortable. She was great with explaining all of the… instruments and what she was using them to do. Brandy was excellent and so sweet with Harper during her procedure! She helped her to feel EXCITED about being at the dentist. Dr. Vera was kind and patient, and truly a gentle dentist. We are so happy with this practice, and our first “official” and successful visit! Thank you!

The staff at Eastern Pediatric Dentistry are always so friendly. My girls had an appointment this morning, and per usual - we were brought back right at our appointment time. Luis and Lauren had my girls laughing and smiling which is usually the opposite feeling for them when I bring up the dentist. Dr. Morgan is also very knowledgeable and personable.
They know how to make the kids laugh and keep everything light, which makes me really happy. No tears this time and that is reason enough for 5 stars.

My children have started with Eastern Dentsl back in 2001. Two of my three are now grown and have moved on to adult dentistry, but I love this office. The staff are warm and welcoming, friendly and most of all care about the wellness of their teeth. The prices are reasonable (because of my insurance) but either way, they work hard to avoid braces, by applying preventative measures, and I'm appreciative of that.

Dr Morgan and her team are phenomenal! My 4 year old had to have two teeth extracted and they were sooo good with keeping him calm and worked extremely fast to get us in and out. They also let me stay with him the whole time to hold his hand and help keep him calm, something other dentists told me I wouldn’t be allowed to do. Can’t say enough about this practice and their amazing team.

Dr Morgan has been my daughter’s dentist for close to 15 years. She and her staff have always been genuinely concerned about my child’s well-being. They are kind, gentle, and compassionate professionals. They know what they’re doing, and they’re amazing with children. My daughter actually liked going to the dentist from day one because they made it so fun for her. As a teenager, she still truly loves seeing them! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Morgan and her staff for your child’s dental care needs.

My kids have been coming here for about a year or two and I love their care, and close proximity to our house. The office is very clean and well-organized; and, the appointment times are very accommodating in my opinion. I can see us coming to Dr. Morgan for years to come.
