Dr. Lepow and the entire staff are AMAZING! I was referred by a friend and had some serious work that was required. The office is extremely clean and the staff is so friendly, making you feel right at home. Each time I arrive, they greet you with a smile and take you back immediately with no wait. I am a long time customer and they are the greatest. Dr. Lepow and all of his staff always go above and beyond for their patients. He and his staff have done all my crowns and my regular cleanings. He actively participates in all of your care. They know who anxious I get and my sensitive teeth, they provide all the care I could possibly want to alleviate all. Shopped around to have a dental implant done. I am so glad that I had West Road Dental perform the tooth extraction and replaced with a dental implant. All phases of this processes was done with the professionalism and customer satisfaction I come to expect by having Dr. Lepow and his team as my dentist for many years. Dr. Lepow and Dr. Riley were open to my concerns and acted accordingly to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the end result.. I had the recent 'pleasure' of needing a tooth extraction. I went to West Road Dental (first time). I have to say this was, by far, the best dental experience I have ever had!
Dr. Cavazos (sp?) was amazing and the technicians and staff were equally awesome. I was told in detail about the entire procedure and Dr. Cavazos even 'narrated' the procedure while he was doing it.
As intimidating as going to the dentist can be sometime, I have to say the staff and West Road Dental made it about as easy and pleasant as it can be.

The staff was nice. Dr. LePow on the other hand was not. First, I was told by the treatment coordinator I would get a discount if I made a same day appointment. The appointment was at 3:20pm. It was 6:15pm and the tech was still working on my teeth. I asked Dr. LePow if they could finish it another day. I asked for Monday or Tuesday since I'm off work. Dr. LePow insisted on Thursday evening. I can't do Thursday evening because I have other responsibilities and that's what I told him, but he insisted. I will have to call today and schedule the appointment for Monday or Tuesday. I

Awesome service I am glad I found a dental office my daughter & I both agreed on the entire experience, informative, friendly from the Dentist to the Receptionist. The Dental hygienist Cheyenne did an awesome job deep cleaning my teeth. The before and after pictures were amazing. My daughter appreciated that it was her first dental appointment at a different time than mom so I was not there to speak for her so she had to speak up as an adult without mom and she was treated as an adult they took her time to explain everything that was going on with her fixed retainer. I will be telling my friends

Absolute crooks!!!
Took $18,000 from me for implants. Put me in temporary appliances and bailed.
Then sold the business and will not provide a solution. Been three plus years now and repeated conversations with Dr Lepow. Several bounced checks.
Absolute crook, doesn't care, has revolving door of dentist's due to this.

Love this place! Dr. Cavazos started the process, and Dr. Lepow did the work on the underlying cavity, and crown to sit on it. Dr. Lepow called to check on me that evening, as I have TMJ and it's difficult for me. It's always been difficult to find a caring dentist that can assist with the TMJ.
I highly recommend the entire staff - from techs to admins to dentists!!! It's the best place for a chickeny-type chicken to have dental work done. :)

I never thought I'd switch dentist. My dentist was out of town and decided to give this place a shot because I know Andrea that works there. I would sound bias but the work is top-notch. The staff are perfectionist which is a good feeling. They have a lifer here now !! I don't usually do change but I am glad I gave this dentists a shot . Thanks for all the great work you guys have done

New patient here and I have to say everything about this place deserves a 5 star rating! Thank you Ronnie B. For referring my family here and thank you Gina for squeezing us in last minute. My daughter and I received excellent care! The staff was so nice and accommodating, the office was very large and clean. What I really liked is that while getting a cleaning they talk you through it and explain everything, instead of sit back and listen to all of these power tools lol. They also offer FREE one hour massage when we refer somebody which is the cherry on top! Dr. Lippo was very fun and nice. We
