MADE A GREAT DECISION!
Getting solar panels was a No-Brainer. WHO to get those panels from was the big decision. We chose SunSolar Solutions and are very satisfied with our decision! We wanted a company that was focused on solar systems and not other services like security or pest control. Sal and Art met with us to design our system and educate us about the costs of solar. Art was able to work with us to adjust our original estimate to get us the exact system that fit our needs and our budget!! Once the process was started, Rachael and Chris guided us through the permitting and installation process

Sunsolar has been awesome! Excellent customer service and staff and their install team was wonderful, quick, and was able to install pre-scheduled. We have already had a negative electric bill and we can’t wait to see the great outcome in the summertime! I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about solar!!!

We met with a sales rep a few weeks ago and thought the presentation went well. We were very interested in solar, and expressed this to him. Once he finished the presentation and asked for the sale, everything went south. All we asked for was a couple days to consider the proposal - this was the first solar company we had met with, and he was asking us to sign a 20 year loan on $50k+... we're going to at least sleep on it. Any intelligent person should understand that, and if you're confident in your product, you should be fine with it. Once we pushed back, he became very aggressive, doing anything

Not every process is an especially easy one. Everything requires its time and if are patient with the process I can guarantee you will be very happy with the outcome.
The best part of the whole process is that I got to flip the switch and turn everything on. It was great to knows that I am making a difference.

They sell you solar panels that do not work. Constant issues, not producing, not connecting, etc. Paying more now than I would if I didn't have solar because I am paying for solar and APS. No resolution from customer service. They tell me there is no production guarantee. I do not recommend. Nothing but a hassle and costing me more money. Not the money saving solar that was promised.

We've had our panels for approximately 2 months and our inverter is already broken. They do not have 24 hour costumer service, they do not have inverters in stock for quick replacement and they DO NOT cover production failure. In other words, your electric bill is your problem although their equipment is faulty and subpar. Unbelievable. We paid… $34k for our panels. As a consumer, I stupidly trusted them as the experts in this field to do their diligence and ensure their equipment was top quality. I was wrong. I'm out $34k to a company that doesn't care because they got their money, and

The entire experience has been seamless. My sales rep Art was upfront, friendly and honest. He took the time to educate me on the product. He even stopped by today to check in, as he was in the neighborhood and saw the team was on-site working. The install crew is wonderful as well. They have been punctual, in communication with me and professional. They are hard workers! I can tell this company takes pride in their work.

Let me say that the salesman, Robert Donnelly, was very knowledgeable and not high pressure. The installation went well with a friendly crew from Titan and the office coordinator was friendly.
Beyond that, they installed two panels in a location that I previously told them wouldn’t work because of future plans. Took a month to get them moved. We… had been told by the salesman that our main panel would probably have to be replaced and would be included if required.
