802 Fitness & Therapy offers a variety of services to accommodate all levels of fitness, including Large Group Team Conditioning, Small Group Strength training, and Personal training. We are a full service fitness center with a focus on community and wellness. Our active gym lifestyle provides our members the tools needed to achieve and sustain their health and fitness goals.
Services
Paul Croutworst began his passion for movement working in the outpatient field of physical therapy. While working in the physical therapy field, Paul molded himself into a corrective exercise specialist and highly specialized manual therapist. After years of practice, he became frustrated at one important piece of the puzzle regarding patient care.
The ultimate in one on one personal attention! Exercise programs are individualized and specific in order to achieve optimal results and reach personal goals. Manual Therapy techniques are incorporated into sessions as needed to decrease pain and correct dysfunctional movement patterns. Class setting up to 4 people with emphasis on full body strength training.
Personal training at 802 Fitness & Therapy includes personalized one-on-one attention from a caring and supportive coach who goes beyond the traditional approach to health and wellness. Client centered programming and nutritional guidance will ensure member's success in reaching personal fitness goals.
Large Group Team Conditioning at 802 Fitness & Therapy is fun, high intensity classes that will whip you into shape in no time! These boot camp style workouts are designed to shred fat and build muscle while boosting cardiovascular health! A perfect compliment to small group strength and personal training to optimize your potential and kick your goals in the face!
Transform your lives by receiving time-tested, scientifically-valid nutrition and weight-loss information. Members are provided scientifically grounded facts and advice about food and nutrition - and how it relates to fitness. You will learn vital skills in making healthier choices, portion control and food label interpretation.

This place is great! I started taking the online course a month ago and I love the workouts- I always feel like every muscle got some attention, and Paul is very encouraging and helpful in regards to technique and increasing difficulty as you keep going. The meal plan was wonderful too, everything was far tastier than any health food diet I had tried previously! Definitely a business that cares about people and their health, as well as their quality of life.

I loved this Gym so much i joined after a 28 day challenge! I took at-home live classes for 28 days and followed a great eating plan with well thought out recipes, and saw immediate changes in myself! The coach is amazing and expertly worked me through an injury and had me back at it in no time! The larger class workouts are great for that team feeling and very motivational. The small class workouts were very much tailored to individual needs as Paul is able to modify exercises for each of his athlete on the fly. I feel incredible and extremely motivated to continue this journey with 802 Fitness
