Greylock Physical Therapy (GPT) is a bright and cheerful, physical therapist-owned, private practice that has been serving the residents of Berkshire County and the surrounding area since 2007. Lisa Baumgart, owner of GPT, and her team are proud to deliver among the highest patient progression in the USA.
Lisa J. Baumgart, MPT, FAFS, IFNCP, proprietor of Greylock Physical Therapy (established in 2007), received her master of physical therapy from American International College in 2001. Lisa also graduated from the Mentorship Program at Kalish Institute for Functional Medicine.
This program focuses on diet and lifestyle counseling, lab interpretation, and lab-based supplement program designed to address underlying causes of inflammation and disease.Lisa enjoys reading, meditation, gardening, biking, hiking, and spending time with her husband Jason and two sons Jacob and Ryan.

At Greylock Physical Therapy we focus on the dynamics of the whole body to determine your strengths and weaknesses. Recently an MRI revealed a serious rotator cuff tear of my left shoulder; surgery seemed certain. A friend told me about GPT. It was the best advice I ever received. Lisa Baumgart and her team are outstanding - professional, friendly and welcoming and are the best team and PT I've ever had and I've been to many.
What I love most is she is looks at the mechanics of the whole body and she WANTS to know about all physical challenges you're having which most P T's don't.
For example I'm being treated for my left hip but my right foot has issues that are throwing off my gait and make the hip hurt so she treats how the whole body is moving and treats based on it.
The results are huge and improvement in pain relief was fast. I was able to do hikes and walks on

After tearing my ACL and Meniscus in my left knee, I was so lucky to find GPT - Lisa and the team are fantastic, knowledgable as you could ever hope for, and they just simply care, they care about you, your injury, and what your goals are. I am able to play basketball, mountain bike and snowboard as though the injury never happened, and I attribute that to GPT. Thank you so very much.
