Services
Not long after the start of the twentieth century two men sought to provide for their families in a trade that welcomed hard workers, scrap metal and in this trade they both prospered. Those men, Moishe "little goldie" Goldsmith and Herman Aberly did not meet each other until something blessed brought them together, the marriage of their children, Norma Aberly to Harold Goldsmith.

Read these other clowns reviews with a grain of salt. If you take scrap computer to a scrapyard and expect to get rich you're fooling yourself. You're going to need a truckload to make 20 bucks. These one stop scrappers do not know the scrap business. Haggerty medals does know the scrap business and it's always fair!

I have been going to have any medals for decades. I can go anywhere I want in the city because my family knows it every single scrap business. I prefer to go to Haggerty metals it's not always just location. They take great care of you the place is fun the people

Today was my first experience at haggerty metals. So naturally I had no idea where to go or exactly what I was doing to begin with. I had some scrap copper that I wanted to sell and as soon as I pulled up to the office I seen a friendly face standing there ready to help me unload my vehicle. And then it was so quick that I wasn't sure I was done I conveniently got my ticket from the very kind man that inventoried my copper and it went straight to a kiosk scanned my barcode and boom! There was my money! Had a very good experience here I would recommend it to anyone if you got scrap metal that you

Not happy with how smeared my windows are due to the wet cloth they use to dry with. Quality of the wash reflects the cheap price. Worth the price.

Gave me "shred" pricing for pure cold rolled steel laser sheet skeleton scraps, why did I even bother keeping it all separated?!?!
They 100% know this while there taking advantage of people. Nothing you do about it after its all dumped on the ground.
I'll stick with GLR recycling ♻️

Got ripped off on the front end. I knew what my stuff weighed before I brought it in and they undercut me on the way. I wasn't really concerned about the money part so I didn't make a big stink about it. I was more interested in recycling the stuff that I had. I also had a rim with a tire on it that was cut. They refused to take the rim with the tire on it. All I needed was a piece of metal to pry the Tire from the rim, because like I said it was already cut. They refused to help me and they refused to let me do it in the yard. I went straight to glr and they were way more friendly and way more

This place is like adult Disneyland for me. The people that work there are super nice and helpful, and they allow you to browse their scrap bins. When I have a project i need supplies for, i come here first. The only suggestion i could make is for them to put in a public outside sink so people can wash their hands.

I decided to go here because I read on Google that they pay you a fair amount for your scrap. I had a good 150lbs+ of very old computer cases that I took here, along with a few circuit boards from the early 1990s (they used gold back in the day for cpu's - which I had) and ended up leaving with a measly $1.05.

When you get there they have you put your scrap on the dolly and then onto their machine that weighs it all. I told the guy who was working this that I had some unique stuff. He didn't even give a crap to look and seemed real obnoxious to me. When I first called, the lady on
