Slava was dispatched to our home through our home warranty to repair a broken dishwasher. Speaking on the phone with him was frustrating as he lacks any semblance of customer service. He would shout at me and speak over me on the phone when I asked questions. When the parts finally arrived, he was quick to call and come out. However, during the repairs his phone would ring off the hook and he would swear loudly even thought my young children were upstairs trying to do remote learning. At the end, because the swearing was getting to be too much, I went down and he barked at me, "Do you have superglue

This repair guy was sent thru my warranty service. I just move into a newly purchased home. The dryer was taking too long to dry. The guy show up and says it’s because I have to pull the dryer out away fro the wall every time. I did not think that was an acceptable ans. Different type of vent? Shorter vent? No he does not take care of vents.he did not unhook vent to clean it.😠👎🏼

Today Slava showed up to help us with our dryer. The dryer was not heating up properly. After taking apart the dryer and finding out the issue(the heating element) he quoted us a price of $274.18 for the repair. While having a few similar parts pulled up on my computer, I asked him how much the part itself cost, and he told me $130. He also told me that the parts on my computer were nothing like the part that we needed. I also asked him how long it would take him to repair it and he said about 30 minutes. This means that the remainder of the cost would be $144.18 for labor. At that rate, the cost
