We are a collaborative of socially conscious, compassionate individuals, providing a wide variety of therapeutic options to facilitate healing and positive personal growth results. We provide therapy for adults, children, teenagers, families, couples, groups, older adults, people with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, immigrant populations, people of color, low income communities and the LGBTQ2IA+ communities.

These services are delivered in English and in Spanish. Our therapists are competent in providing mental health services via Telehealth, and have a wealth of knowledge and training in DBT, EMDR, art therapy, play therapy, TFCBT, mindfulness training, EFCT, hypnosis, narrative therapy, perinatal and postpartum support and psychodynamic Therapy.
Services
This group is a supplemental piece to individual therapy with one of the skilled clinicians at Phoenix Mental Health, so participants are expected to continue seeing their current therapist in addition to the weekly group sessions. We will be practicing and learning skills from the 4 modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness in this positive, supportive and welcoming environment.
Eric Levy has always been the guy that people would call when they got into a bad situation. He was known for helping friends regulate their emotions and talking them through everything from difficult relationships to stressful jobs. As a licensed clinical counselor, Eric still believes in taking a journey with his clients-figuring things out together.
Education: Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles California. A piece of clay. Erin McKeen believes artistic expression can help resolve conflicts, manage behavior, reduce stress and is effective in treating a variety of problems.
Life is full of transitions and change can be challenging. Kira believes it's helpful to have someone who can walk with you-providing guidance and support-during those times. Over the past eight years as a clinical social worker, Kira has helped hundreds of clients including caregivers, new parents and teenagers by providing tools to better cope with stress.
Jeff Jones's philosophy of psychotherapy can best be summed up by, 'You are not the problem. The problem is the problem.' Jeff is a licensed clinical social worker and has been in the healthcare field for more than 15 years.

He has worked as a psychotherapist in private practice for the last decade and is passionate about helping people affected by discrimination-those who are suffering because they have been harassed, bullied, abused or ostracized.Jeff is moved by several social causes and is engaged in various community groups that are committed to environmental sustainability and promoting social equality.

Phoenix Mental Health Services offer a first class assessment and treatment plan and ensure the client is provided every opportunity to participate and make decisions about their care. The communications skills of all its team members are excellent and ensure all parties are kept up to date at all times.

My wife has been having rtms treatment for about 5 years now I know this will not cure her dementia but it has helped alot to slow it down.After she completes each course of treatment I always notice an improvement In her.Also the staff are excellent especially Jasmin and Dr Soffel
