I gave Party Powers 5 stars with no hesitation because Customer service responded in a timely manner every time I had a question. And to say the least, David and his team set up my sister’s baby shower so beautifully exactly how she envisioned it. Highly recommend Party Powers 200%! They went above and beyond for my sisters baby shower and loved how prompt they were answering all of our questions whether it was for consultation or deciding for the color themes for the event.

I've been booking my events with party powers for a couple years now and they have always been my go to. There has been some changes which have caught me off guard but those changes have not made a difference in their awesome customer service! They stay in touch and are effective communicators. I'm really glad I found them and I will continue to use their services :)

I will start recommending party powers to all of my friends and family for events. David was very helpful and accommodating went placing my order and changing my contract. When they arrived with my order, we realized there was a miscommunication with what was ordered. However, Sergio was amazing and with his quick thinking he was able to add tent draping and a side panel. Everything turned out amazing!

Booking was via text after visiting their website requesting a quote for my rentals It was fast and easy! Delivery was great! For pickup they came a bit late but that was no problem! I just wished they would of let me know when they were done came outside and they were gone! Lol! The reason for my four stars is because I paid and extra $5 to cover the back side of the canopy I rented but they didn't! I almost forgot to mention if you don't booked at least $200+ with them basically you can't rent with them that's a bummer! Hope they can change that in the future! They're

I called 3 times and the machine told me to send a text message with my information and I did twice ! And no answer . I called another number and left a voicemail to "David" and never got back to me . This place sucks !!! Not cool

If you are looking for party supplies, Party Powers is the place to call. I recently had an event, I called on Party Powers. I was not disappointed. The drivers arrived earlier than expected which put me thirty minutes ahead of schedule.😃. Party Powers has the best CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The canopy was put up in record time, my event was a huge success thanks to David and his.AWESOME staff. For my next event, I will be calling David and Party Powers, the BEST party supply this side of HEAVEN. 😃😃😃😃😃

OMG THIS PLACE HAVE SOME HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE I have tried to book a day for my baby
and they said yes and next day they said its booked and P.S. no one never answer their two phone lines just text and that's if you get lucky if they text back.

PartyPowers staff were super professional, they showed up early and put everything up super fast and took everything down in no time with no mess ...they were super nice and polite. They all had mask and gloves and the jumpers,tables and chairs were all clean. The pop corn machine was easy to operate and made the party a hit! My yard wasnt that big so i wasnt sure about the jumper but they made it work. There prices are great and I will be using them again.

David and his crew are very professional. This year was my 3rd time using their services and they never disappoint. Their online ordering is quick & easy. Drop offs are always on time! I will definitely keep using them for future events. Party powers 5 stars in my book!

As an event planner I am very impressed with David and his team. What a level of professionalism! We had a heat wave hit and his team rescued our event. It was a last minute decision we didn't anticipate. Their team showed up early and set up in record time. It was very clean, neat and organized. They showed up before it was time to breakdown. I booked the Wavy water slide! The booking process was via text, but very quick. The kids loved the water slide. Only down fall is that the pool and the end of slide has to cushion underneath, so your literally landing on the hard ground ( setup was in the driveway). They called when they were on their way which was extremely helpful. Drop off was on Sunday morning and pickup was Monday morning. Only thing I found odd was being asked if the jumper would be safe at my property, I answered yes because I live in a nice neighborhood.... but there are sketchy people everywhere so I felt like I had

Great service , called in the last min and they had a water slide available. I requested an early morning delivery and they were so accommodating and their team work was great. The whole slide was setup under 5mins and they were very nice. Definitely a long term customer

From day 1, great customer service. They gave us a quote that was reasonable. They shared photos of canopies we were looking for to host a backyard baby shower. Lots of options! Delivery was on time, equipment seemed to be brand new, perfectly clean. We will definitely use them again! best party equipment rental we have ever used! Also ordered 'cloud' shaped balloons. Price was good and they looked great for our photo backdrops. Thank you Party Powers!

They also have an online portal where you can pay the deposit and balance.

Cant go wrong with these guys. We have a big party for my daughter, we ordered wrong size for the tank but they just quickly exchange for me in 20 mins, Great customer service! Probably come here for next time. Advide is make sure you know the tank size you want.

I can’t say enough about this place. I had another company cancel(I won’t say who, even though I should) on me in the last second. So I call these guys up 2 hours before my kids birthday and they came through with a quality jumper. I ordered the combo jumper, with the slide. In addition to that, it was also mother’s day. I was kind of surprised they even answered the phone considering it was a holiday.
So, to wrap things up. They came through for me in a BIG way. 2 hours before birthday starts, on Mother’s Day. They brought a generator because the park did not have power, and they did

The items came very clean like new... Had a kid party so ordered kiddy tables and chairs, and a few adult chairs. Prices were very reasonable. They delivered the evening before. Picked up promptly as scheduled. They were very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend them and will contact them for all my future rental needs!

I've been renting with Party Powers since September 2016. Their equipment is always clean and the pricing is beyond generous.
