My first visit with this office was without a doubt the most thorough visit I have had in my long history of eye care. I received an explanation by Dr, Andrews each step of the way with very detailed information of the next steps in my care. Every encounter with every staff member was polite, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

This was our first visit for my husband to Optometric Associates. The staff was so friendly and professional. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and really listened to my husband's eye challenges and they took the time to explain his diagnosis in detail. The facility was very clean and we were really impressed with the state of the art equipment that was used. This was a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend Optometric Associates to our friends and family.

I went to see Dr Jonathan Andrew’s yesterday for the first time and was absolutely impressed with him and his entire staff. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Dr Andrew’s was so thorough with my exam, Met all of my needs and answered all of my questions. I’m so glad to be a new patient there and will be referring my friends as well.

I have taken my son to several optometric professionals. Each one has done their job properly, however I have never felt 100% comfortable. A neighbor then talked to me about Dr. Kate and that her son had seen her and had done an excellent job. From the moment I called, I felt comfortable and listened to by each staff member. Dr. Kate took time with kids and made them feel comfortable and explained what she was doing so they would understand. It was the first time my daughter had an eye dr appointment and she was nervous. This group was wonderful to work with! I had an eye emergency while vacationing in Lancaster and they got me right in for a visit. Dr. Kathy was so kind and professional and put me ar ease. The office staff was also very kind and helpful. Even though I probably won't be able to use them in the future as I live in NJ, I highly recommend their office.

After being a long-time patient of Optometric Associates myself, I am now starting to bring my young children for check-ups. Today, my 5-year-old daughter had her first appointment with Dr. Katie and loved her! Dr. Katie has such a gift with working with children and making them feel so comfortable.
