Unbelievable experience today. Had an eye injury and called on a prayer. From that point every step was Unbelievably smooth. The receptionist, the tech and Dr. Rual were so helpful. Excellent experience! I needed an emergency appointment, and after calls to several other Eye Doctors in the area with no success- they fit me in within hours. Office staff was friendly, the Dr. was thorough, and understanding-which made me feel comfortable immediately. I highly recommend the practice.

I recently have been looking for a new eye doctor. I went to see Dr. Maria Downey at Shillington Eye Associates. The whole staff was very helpful, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable there. Dr. Downey was very through and explained everything she was doing to me so I could understand what was going on with my eyes. The optometrist was also very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly, she helped me choose the right frames, that fit my face and looked good and was open and honest with me about my options for my new lens. I would highly recommend Shillington Eye Associates
