We were so pleased with the customer service at Hope's Vision. They ordered glasses for our elderly mother and made sure they fit properly and were very kind to her, she has Alzheimer's disease and gets very confused. The new glasses are a true blessing. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

The service was outstanding! My Mother-in Law is unable to get out due to medical issues, the wonderful people at Hope's Vision jumped through hoops to accommodate her. Bravo Zulu Hope's Vision!

Horrible customer service, THE WORST!! There is absolutely no reason for someone to work with the public if they can not be polite. My daughter called to make an appointment for herself and the extreme rudeness she encountered on the other end of the phone was uncalled for!!!!! To just make an appointment!!! Our entire family will never return due to this woman. I'd really like to go in there and show her what a mama bear I really am but I'll refrain and hope others take my advice and stay away from this place!

Very friendly staff, despite being very busy on a Saturday. Did not have to wait long, as I had an appointment. Dr. Hope was great, and seemed to genuinely care, which is hard to find anymore. All the girls in the office were very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Dr Hope and staff, you were great!

Not sure about the bad reviews here... I've always had a pleasant experience here. Nice staff looking to help. I know the Dr has thrown me a bone a few times as well, not necessarily charging me for things he easily could have. I now drive from a county away to continue coming here.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Hope for 8 yrs. Dr. Hope and his staff have always treated us like family. We are very happy with their services and helpful advice when picking out our new glasses. He's a great doctor with a great staff.

After a horrible experience 28 months ago at Vision Works I was very skeptical about the whole glasses experience. But Hope Vision did everything right. Great visit with a great Dr and everything else along the way was top notch. My glasses were finished sooner than they said they would be and the final visit was in and out in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone , you just can’t get better treatment.

The staff were so helpful. They even stayed open late for me so that I could get my first pair of glasses. They were very knowledgeable and I'm glad I went with their advice. Love this place.

My experience with Dr Hope has been fantastic. I had been overprescribed for more than a decade and didn't know it. Dr Hope fixed my prescription, and now my vision is much better and I no longer have headaches.

I got my very first paid of glasses here. During my exam Dr. Hope was very rude and short spoken. Everything else was great. The 2nd time I visited, was for contacts. This time around Dr. Hope was a bit more pleasant, but they forgot to order my contacts and it took over a month to recieve. The third time was this past week, an hour before my appointment on Friday they called me and said Dr. Hope had a family issue and had to leave. That's all fine and dandy, but this was the 2nd time he had an employee call me to tell me he was going to be there within an hr of my arrival. My significant other

The doctor and assistants here are good and provide a good service, but the pricing seems very high to me. I spent over $300 on 1 year of contacts even with my vision insurance. Regardless of the price, my contacts took over 2 months to come in! This doesn't seem like an acceptable time frame in my opinion. I called to check on my order and was told they simply weren't in and wasn't provided any reason or even an apology. I am on the fence if I'll come back because I do like the convenience of their location, but I can't wait 2 months for a contact order especially if I'm low on lenses.

Worst experience I ever had and I posted a review on their Google website. The owner's wife then contacted me on Messenger and tried to "discuss" my review. Now, over a year later, she "appeared" again when she saw I had commented on a dear friend's post. Cathy Hope is a stalker and control freak who can't handle criticism . If you don't give HOPE'S VISION a review she likes, BEWARE!! YOU COULD BE NEXT.

We are so impressed with Hope!
We are from out of town and were looking to replace lenses in two pairs of glasses.
They were unable to fulfill our need because they would have to send the lenses out. Instead of simply indicating they could not help, they went out of their way to suggest LensCrafters at a nearby mall. They went even further to call LensCrafters to be sure they were able to meet our needs.

We are only sorry we were unable to give our business to Hope.

Most unprofessional doctor I encountered in my life. Not only do they act like it is above them for management to call you back when you have a problem but Dr Hope himself speaks poorly of his peers. I couldn't believe the content that came out of his mouth and the blaim he placed on a local, well respected doctor. He actually got in a screaming match with me when I tried to discuss a reoccuring, well documented problem. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will I go back!!! Between the doctor and his trophy wife, (the office manager who is NEVER available), and their fancy showroom it's obviously

Around Sep 11 timeframe I had an eye exam and everything went well. The only problem I had with Total Vision was that I ordered a pair of glasses and everytime I would call or come by to inquire about my glasses I was told that they were on backorder. I never received a call as to when the glasses were going to be there. I was always the one inquiring with no results. I finally had to go somewhere else to order my glasses. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially when customer service is not up to standards. To keep telling someone that " Your glasses are on back order

On May 9th, I ordered $599.92 worth contacts with Hope's Vision with understanding that I would receive a $100 rebate with manufacturer via a phone call with customer service agent at Hope's Vision. I received my receipt and the information regarding the rebate in the mail on May 11th and noticed that the rebate was for only $25 so I promptly contacted Hope's Vision and cancelled my order prior to ever receiving them. At that time, I also requested a copy of my prescription mailed to me. It should be noted that I still have yet to receive a copy of my prescription in the mail
