Absolutely top-tier attention to detail and care from Osprey Home Inspections! We hired Robert to perform an inspection on our new build for the 1 year warranty claims. He was quick to respond + schedule, extremely professional, and with many years of experience as a contractor and inspector -- had a great eye for detail!
His eye for detail didn't stop at the home inspecting. He was also extremely thorough while working around the home being sure to leave everything exactly how he found it (readjusting blinds, resetting thermostats, making sure appliances were turned back on/off) and making sure

Osprey Home Inspections excellent. Actually used them twice. First inspection found significant issues with the home and because of objective based findings we walked. They cannot tell you what to do and they just report what they find. Second home inspection also showed numerous findings but they are not enough for us to walk away from the sale. Osprey also available for questions post-inspection via email if you have them. Osprey is prompt, fees reasonable and reports are thorough. They are knowledgeable about current housing code as well. Would use them again.
