I am grateful I had another friend recommend golden. My car window was smashed recently and the big name places wanted me to wait for a month for a repair. But golden got me in the next day after I called. They were so kind and communicated so well. They also had a better value than what I was going to pay before. Sadly my insurance deductible was too high done didn't do much on the claims end. But def recommend!

My Husbands work van passenger window was smashed early Friday morning....we called around...one mobile company could get him in ...in 2 weeks...another place we called, said because of the age of the vehicle (1998) we would have to take it to another place, which is now closed. I happened to call Golden Glass. Annie checked, and yes, they had the replacement in stock and said she would call back in a few minutes. She called back almost immediately and asked if he could be there in about 30 minutes....sooo out the door he went...and back home in a couple hours. BAM! Great and fast, efficient

My car was broken into days before I was leaving for vacation and I needed the back window replaced ASAP. I called several places and they didn't have appointments for a week or more. I'm so glad I called Golden Auto Glass, as they had the window in stock and were able to service it same day (finished in <5 hours). They were also very thorough in cleaning up the glass that was left in my car. I highly recommend them.

Car window was smashed in. Called Annie the next morning; they had the window in stock, and was quoting a price over $100 better than all the other places I had called. I dropped off the car just before 11, picked up the car just after 2. Very happy with the experience; hopefully I won't have to come back but if my car is smashed in again then I know where to go.

Quote price seems reasonable, and near 5 star got my attention
I DID MAKE SURE TO CONFIRM THAT THEY GOT MY PARTS AND APPOINTMENT TIME CORRECTLY TWICE.
I didn't want to leave my window open while I left for vacation, guess what I have to do now.
No responsible for their own mistake and not willing to make up for it.
Have her to repeat car model and appt time.
I can't complaint on their work or time management it seems quick just not so accurate to me

The replacement window was great. Make sure what time they will be there if you plan to go in the morning. Even though they advertised being open at 8:00 they didn't show until after 8:30. Also if you are going to use your insurance find out if they will honor it first. They do have a contract with my insurance but would not honor it unless it was a windshield. I didn't know if I would use insurance until after I dropped my car off. They also charge to use a credit card. I appreciate that they were able to get me in the day after I called.

Great experience. Very responsive on the phone. They were able to service my car about an hour after our the initial call, same day.
Toyota Camry 2015, front passenger side window was smashed. They charged me $259 +tax for the replacement and cleanup (much cheaper than the other quote I got when calling around, $385 +tax). FYI they have a 5% fee for credit cards, so cash is cheaper

The back window of my Subaru was broken and in rainy Seattle that's a problem. I called Golden Auto Glass late in the afternoon and they were able to get me in at 10am the following day. This was so great because a major auto glass company couldn't get me in for almost 3 weeks. The repair was done within an hour and a half. The window looks great and the defroster and the rear window washer work great. They also cleaned up all of the broken glass and washed all of the windows. When I called them they not only gave me a good price, but they were also able to schedule me really soon. I came in, they replaced my window, charged me exactly what was agreed upon beforehand. All hassle free. I've looked it over and everything looks good. Thanks, I really appreciate it!

I do not recommend this place! I was told that 'we can not guarantee that your door handle will work after the glass is replaced. We might be able to fix it, but we cannot guarantee it will work. You can take it to another shop to have the handle fixed- we are not responsible for this.' Whaaat??? But the exterior door handle does not work BECAUSE of the broken glass!! Who's good with a 'maybe'? Who's good with getting their vehicle back with a door that doesn't open? Not me

I’d give it 4.5 because at first the was an issue with the glass not fitting so I had to come back to fix it later and the main lady was a bit hard to understand. However she was trying to accommodate as she could. I noticed my car window broken on a Friday afternoon and this is the only place that even had the option to come in on Saturday. She says she had 2 windows fir my model but I e of them was for wring side, another had this bad fitting size. She let me keep the bad window till Monday, when I had only 1 hour to fix it, and I paid in cash only after that (to avoid 5% charge). Also they

I bought a rear view mirror from Autozone & some windshield adhesive. Followed all directions but let it cure for 12 hours just to make sure. It fell off the next day. I called Golden Auto Glass & the pretty lady who installed my mirror using their own glue did it in 5 minutes at a reasonable price! I highly recommend this place!

They were so fast, professional, and economical. I was quoted at 50% more for windshield replacement by another shop. Dropped my Honda Civic off at 12, picked it up at 3:30. Good as new! Annie was willing to work with me and first try an aftermarket windshield to see if it worked for me, and install OEM otherwise, with no additional cost for attempting aftermarket installation in that scenario. The other shop tried to sell me on OEM first, then told me I would need to absorb the risk that my LKAS and other sensors would not work if I went aftermarket. After calling around several places and finding very high out of pocket costs (no comp coverage), they came in at a reasonable price and were able to get us in within 2 days. They stuck to their initial quote. The repalcenent of the window took less than one hour, and the work was meticulous. There wasn't a shard of glass left behind, and the window works flawlessly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing glass replacement.

I had called around to several shops in my area (North Seattle) with not much luck of reaching a person, only voicemails. It had been more than 24hrs since I had heard from the big name, Safelite Auto Glass. Driving yesterday and a car turning left too fast kicked up a rock that (doh!!!) chipped the edge of our windshield, about 1inch in diameter. What the heck?! So looked on Yelp for nearby glass repair. This place is easy to miss, across from Explore Decor and Pho Hai Yen, with barely any parking in front to squeeze into. I won't lie, it looked hole in the wallish and felt a little dubious. We called ahead and made appt for 11am, but when we arrived, the gal required us to call insurance to initiate a claim before working on our windshield. Fast efficient service at an affordable price. I woke up to one of my windows being busted out, and started calling around to find a repair shop. Golden Auto Glass by far offered the best price and was able to accommodate me right away. I was able to schedule an appointment and come in the next day. I was quoted an hour-and-a-half wait time and like I said the price was far lower than every other glass shop that I called. Best rate I could find at ~$230 after tax for rear driver side window replacement. Got me in immediately same day (within the hour of calling in advance). Also had the best rate I could find at the time; most of the other locations were about $260 up to $400. While the 4 other locations I checked with had to order the glass and schedule an appointment a few days if not weeks in advance.
The Bad:
None that I can speak of.

Our car was broken into on 7/3. NOT FUN! We called multiple shops to see if we could have it done same day. It was a bit tricky with the 3rd being a holiday b/c the 4th fell on a Saturday this year.
Lucky for this, this place was open, could get us in and out same day and gave us a fair quote.
They said they could get us in at 3 and out by 5. Well, midway thru they called and said it would be morel like 5:30. No problem! We appreciated the update and that they were getting it all done in one day.
