Remember in Fellowship of the Rings when they all met at Rivendell?
Aragorn had taken the hobbits there for refuge and to heal Frodo of his wounds. At Rivendell, they found friends and we're tasked on an adventure that would save middle earth.
Today, I found a Rivendell. It's an Auto glass store of all places. I worked an extended shift at the hospital and ran fast over here (7 min drive from univ of Washington northwest). We've been hit by Covid and long work hours the last couple weeks, so it took coordination to find time to get here. Frodo found Gimli and Legolas. I found

I used Quality to replace a broken curved glass window in a passenger vessel. They were fantastic with communication, keeping me updated every step of the process. They took over dealing with the glass manufacturer, so I could rest easy that my glass would be made and installed correctly. Had a unique ask with reinstalling the rear window on my canopy due to a recent break-in to my truck bed. The team at Quality Auto Glass had me come in to see how they could help. They were able to get the window seated onto the canopy hatch in 15 minutes, free of charge. Great service! Recommend coming to these guys if you need any glass repair. I know I will.

My car window got smashed at a parking garage in Seattle waterfront at night. I contacted this glass shop and they were able to schedule me for a glass replacement the next day. Unfortunately the glass manufacturer didn't send the right type of window glass to the shop. But Logan was very kind to add a clear window guard plastic paper on my broken window spot free of charge. He also let us use their vacuum to get most of the glass debris out of my car. Great service!

My boat needed a new window! Of course it was a unique piece of glass that no one had a replacement for. Mike was able to diagnose exactly why the original pane of glass broke and fabricate a brand new piece custom for my situation! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The boat looks great and everything lined up the way it should!

I had a footlong crack in my windshield and when I filed a claim with my insurance, safelight was scheduling almost a month out for windshield replacements. I'm so happy that I found quality auto glass. They were able to get me in 2 days after I called. When it came to the actual replacement, it only took them 20 minutes or so and I can tell that it's a quality job. Would definitely recommend!

I was driving today and got a chip in my windshield. I have taken my care here for years and gave them a call. They fit me in last minute, took care of my car, and did a beautiful job. The people here are friendly, fair, and competent. I always feel comfortable taking my car here. It's nice to know that I can trust them to do the right thing. I am a proud customer of theirs.

Quality Auto Glass on Aurora and 78th was efficient, knowledgeable, and had great customer service! I called them the same day less than an hour before arriving (no appointment) and Logan ceiled two rock chips in my windshield. Logan made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and informed me about windshield replacements further down the road. After the work was done you could hardly see the rock chips anymore. Logan did excellent work!

I first met Mike at his shop over 15 years ago. I stopped by his shop at the very end of the day. At that time, I had a car that had a drivers side door window that was mis-aligned at it would not close. He fixed it just before he closed for the day and didn't even charge me. One thing that stuck in my mind during our conversation, is that he said what is important to him is his family, and that he only works 40 hours a week to make sure he spends quality time with his wife and kids.
