Since 2011, I've loved nothing more than photographing important life moments for couples and families. I absolutely love connecting with Austin families and couples, seeing what makes each family unique, and documenting their lives in a way that is authentic. Services
We live in the beautiful hill country outside of Austin, Texas. We have two sweet and crazy kiddos that keep us fully occupied when we aren't working! We love Austin for so many reasons: it's fantastic live music, it's beautiful parks and natural springs, Lake Austin, and most of all the friendly people.
To me, there is nothing sweeter than photographing newborns. This is such a special time to cherish, and I absolutely love to capture a baby's tininess and the already-strong bond formed between a new baby with his parents and siblings. Newborn sessions will take between 2-3 hours. This will give us the extra time we need to take breaks for feeding and diaper changes.
I am a wedding photographer based in the beautiful hill country in Dripping Springs, outside of Austin, Texas! I photograph couples from Austin to San Antonio and everywhere in between. I like to connect with every bride and groom before booking, whether that be in person, over the phone, or a Facetime chat.
Maternity sessions are so much fun! They really get my creative juices flowing. We can meet anywhere you like, from your home to an urban setting to a gorgeous hill country field with live oak trees. You tell me what you envision for your maternity photos and we will make it happen! Dress as creatively as you like.

Please look no further. Claire captures the most tender and real moments that I have ever seen from any photographer. She photographed our wedding, had the sneak peak to us the next day, and our entire album to us within 3 weeks. On the wedding day she was calm, fun, and always present. She never intruded and gave great tips for posed photos. Every single one of our pictures are knock outs. We took advantage of the package she offers with 2 photographers which I recommend because they were able to capture multiple reactions and angles for crucial moments at the same time. I've hired Claire with Rising Oak Images twice now - the first time was for some personal branding photos (which were taken mostly indoors) and also for a family photo shoot (entirely outdoors). Claire did an amazing job with the lighting and has terrific attention to detail. I love my photos and will hire her again.. and again!

Claire is absolutely one of the best decisions we made during this planning process! There’s something so comforting and easy going about her that makes your day of feel so special and effortless. I tend to be awkward in photos, but Claire was kind, clever, and creative in her directions. We were so comfortable with her, and it shows in our gorgeous photos. She wasn't afraid to say, "No, maybe not that" or "What if we..." and our photos look amazing as a result. She had great pose ideas and was so easy to work with.

Claire is absolutely amazing! We got married and within less than 24 hours we already had a sneak peek of our wedding day photos. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the sneak peak and cannot wait to see to see the rest of the photos! She was always so prompt to respond to any questions I had which is always a good quality to have. Some vendors take days to respond... I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!! Claire is THE BEST! She has done two family sessions with us, and I recently had a momma/mini session with her. She delivers sneak peeks and the entire gallery much quicker than other photographers I’ve worked with, and we have loved the quality of all of the images.
The quality of her work is enough to book her, but the best part is how laid back she is. She’s professional and has a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease, so the pictures always look/feel natural and not awkward or forced.

Claire, was absolutely one of my favorite vendors on my wedding day. From the very first phone call I had with her, all the way up to my wedding day. She was very responsive, helpful, and made me feel at ease. Claire was punctual, and very organized. She is truly really great at what she does. I loved her easy going personality. My bridal and wedding photos turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Her turn around time is really outstanding. Claire is absolutely amazing! From the very start, she was very communicative, understanding, and fun to work with. She knows the process very well and pays extra attention to detail. She met with us about a month before the wedding at the venue to make sure that she knows us and the venue better in preparation for the big day.
