Mercedes and Jesse did an AMAZING job with our wedding photos! They worked hard to get all of the shots that were important to us throughout our wedding. We have beautiful photographs to document all of details and moments throughout our wedding that we would never want to forget. All of the photos we asked for are perfect, and the candid photos are even better.
We are lifestyle photographers, our style is candid although done so with some direction and styling. Our photographs are approachable, relaxed and timeless. Artistically we like warm shadows and clean, realistic skin tones. That said, we do occasionally stray into the dramatic. We love to play with smoke and old lenses for their unique qualities, and how can a good Golden Hour photo not be dramatic!
Fall is the best time for your family and couple portraits. The cooler temperatures and the changing colors of the leaves make for some awesome portraits. I highly recommend Mercedes and Jesse for your special event. I can't say thank you enough to Mercedes and Jesse for capturing my surprise proposal. My Fiancé did all the coordination with the photographers. Mercedes was very kind and ensured my outfit, make up, and hair looked great for the pictures. Mercedes would take the time to fix my hair (which was a not the best due to rain) and have cute ideas for pictures. She was able to provide a few pictures a day after the proposal.

Mercedes & Jesse were a dream to work with! We had a large multi-generation family photoshoot, and they "got it", exactly what we had envisioned! They were super patient with us, and communication throughout the run-up to the photoshoot was quick and responsive. We had to post-pone several times due to weather and change locations a couple times, but Mercedes was really flexible throughout.

We had the best experience with Mercedes! I was planning a surprise engagement shoot after I gave her my plan, she helped to make sure it was executed flawlessly. My girlfriend and I had a little bit of a hiccup getting to the location but Mercedes and her husband were very understanding, professional, and great to work with!

Mercedes is one of those photographers with true natural talent. Not to mention, she has a wonderful personality, she is incredibly easy to work with, and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
