Founded in 2014 in Boerne, Texas, our flagship fine dining restaurant is where Chef Keith Kuhn's rustic, classic Italian meets farm-to-table cuisine was born. My son and I stumbled upon this restaurant last night on our way home from his basketball game. We were definitely dressed very, very casually, but they welcomed us in and we had an amazing dinner.

Update to my previous review, again my son had a basketball game in the area so we had to make a return trip to Valeria!! It was again fantastic food that was as good as I remember from our first visit. My son had the Linguine Alla Pescatore with delicious seafood and an amazing spicy sauce and I had the Spaghetti Alla Carbonara. The entrees were again amazingly delicious and the waitstaff was attentive and did a great job of checking on us. The entrees were so generous we brought desserts home and I'm really excited to try the tiramisu and blueberry cobbler. We will definitely find another

This was hands down the best Italian restaurant I have been to in a very long time. The pasta was exceptional. It's was home made. It was delicate and robust at the same time. Keith the chef has worldly experience and it shows in the food that we had the delight and privilege to taste tonight. I had the carbonara and my fiancé had the lasagna. Again hands down the very best we have both ever had. Honestly we could not be more surprised to have found this restaurant in a bland nondescript strip mall in Boerne. Thank you for such an amazing meal and wonderful wine.

I went to the restaurant for my sons birthday. We ordered three simple meals for $100+ and we had not received our food after 1.5 hours. The waitress was nice but it was obvious the kitchen is not well run. After the 1.5 hours we found out they had not even started cooking our order we cancelled and left.

My boyfriend and I have been wanting to check out restaurants in Bourne and on a whim we decided on Valeria after my boyfriend read a bit about the chef. As we were seated we were informed of the menu’s health conscious and scratch ingredients.
We started with 1/2 dozen half shell oysters and another 1/2 of the Rockefellers. Each was so divine, the raw was so fresh and the mignonette had shallots which was a nice touch. The Rockefellers were the perfect amount of creamy and eat bite was better than the last.
We then ordered the house salad and the eggs sardinia. The radish on the house salad

Most upscale restaurants are closed on Mondays in Boerne.
Called Valerias to get info since it was open and I had never been.
I was told about the great homemade pasta made for the lasagna so we decided to go
Got there early and waited for restaurant to open.
There was our table and one other. When we ordered we were told they were out of lasagna and that the other table got the last 2.
Ordered two apps one was good.

Ambiance was exceptional. Nat King Cole, Doris Day, Frank Sinatra. There was a guest chef visiting from Monterey Mexico. The chicken flautas (Taquitos) as was the beef Chili Relleno were authentically Mexican made and full of flavor. Fantastic time to come. This was the last night for the chef. Can't wait to come back. Wait...... at 7:00 pm a croner came in and started singing live! What?!

One of the best meals we have ever had. This was our first night in our new house in Boerne. We were exhausted and just want a relaxing evening. When I met the chef and owner, I just asked him to places choose for us. What ever he wanted to cook for us. The only choice we made was our wine because we had started with that. From there he took over. We had oysters, tuna tartar, language and several dishes I can't remember the names of. I have had the pleasure of eating at some of the best restaurants in Hawaii, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco (before it went downhill) and this meal

My husband and I ate here to celebrate our anniversary and it was beautiful! Our waitress immediately greeted us with anniversary wishes and served us complimentary Prosecco drinks. We had the raw oysters which were amazing. We literally slurped them out of the shell. I had the spicy seafood and linguine and it was amazing! This is definitely a great date night option!

This little Itialia gem is family owned and
named after their sweet family name sake.
Great Father / Daughter team trying to make it in their own. Living the American dream.
Server Laura thank you. 7 months pregnant, with a smile on her face, behind her Covid protective face mask, never faltered.
We are jsimple city folks,
but small town attentive service is the best.

Very interesting place. In somewhat of a strip mall but after you enter, you could be in a small Italian village. Authentic menu, fantastic food, small, solid wine list, perfect service. This place is a clear winner and should be the go to Italian spot for anyone in the area.
The bread and oil is a great start, crispy outside, fluffy inside. The crab salad was incredibly unique, can not explain what it tasted like. Lasagna had thin pasta sheets, just beautiful. Cavatelli was great also.

Giving it four stars because service was really slow! It took forever for us to get our meals and there were only 2 other people at the restaurant. But the food was really tasteful, with the wait! We liked it a lot! My husband had Italian crepe which he said was good and I had chicken parmesan which was really really good!!!

Words Cannot describe the flavor that your taste buds will get with any dish that you order. The bone marrow is some of the best that I've had in 5 years.. I strongly suggest ordering the crepes. The desserts are just like my grandmother used to make back in the old country. if there was a option for 6 stars I would have put 6. I'm a foodie and by far this is one of the best five restaurants in San Antonio area. Albert our server was phenomenal
