Dr. John A. Ostrowski earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1989. During his second year of dental school, he was awarded the Dr. Tom Laur Award for service above self. Before attending dental school, Dr. Ostrowski graduated from Nazareth College in 1985 with majors in both Math and Science, and he also studied at Western Michigan University.

My son and I have been going to Dr. Jack for about 7 years now and his entire office is great. We've had nothing but exceptional experiences. I'm bummed I don't remember his assistant's name was yesterday, she is newer and did such a wonderful job! I hate going to the dentist (lol) but the staff make it so worth it! Thank you all!

I called for 2 weeks attempting to book an appointment here. On four separate occasions, the same woman would take my information, then claim she couldn't locate my insurance policy and that she'd call back, but never would. No other dental office had the "trouble" that she seemed to. It appears that the receptionist took it upon herself to decide that they didn't need our business.

I am a former patient at gaslight village dentistry and since moving from the Grand Rapids area I have yet to find a dental office that is as thorough, trustworthy, and easy to work with as this office. From the dentist himself to the hygienist and front desk staff everyone was helpful, caring, and professional. I've had lots of dental work (unfortunately) in my life, and I get very anxious having had some bad experiences at other offices, but never here. This office was by far the best I've been to. I very highly recommend!

Love this place and definitely will be back for my teeth cleanings and dental work. Very friendly staff and professional! Had to bring both my young children with me when getting my wisdom tooth pulled and my kids were good for the most part but when they started getting antsy the staff helped entertain them with toys! They even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Definitely go here for all your dental work!

They were also very helpful in scheduling a needed appointment for me only two days after my first visit so I could take full advantage of my insurance benefits.

Very clean, bright office. Staff are friendly, prompt, and efficient. I had a complete work up performed today, and it made it obvious that this place leaves no part of your dental hygiene unchecked. The doctor even took the time to discuss potential future issues, options on preventative measures, and the several other random questions I asked. I felt that I received very individualized care, and I left feeling comfortable about my oral health for once. My husband and I will definitely be making this our regular dentist, and we’re glad we came!
