Terrible color match on a crown that wasn’t needed, except to book procedures that aren’t necessary. Absolutely refused to correct and send crown back to lab, and I called and notified the office immediately and complained at EVERY visit for 5 years so this "oh if we knew there was a problem" is totally FALSE. I had all the amalgam removed from my mouth 20 years ago and this dentist thought I’d never know that he put amalgam back in my mouth under that crown. Dentist absolutely insists on making conversation about your life and as an introvert I found this chit-chat agonizing and unnecessary

The one and only dentist that I trust to any dental work. He has been fantastic with all my dental needs. The office is friendly, clean, my appointments are not hours waiting. He is very efficient and he works patiently to make sure you are ok not a rush job. He explains clearly what's going on before the process. I highly appreciate the great work he does 😊

After an initial cleaning I needed a filling replaced. Dr. Boone performed the work. The numbing shot was given however after a few minutes I could still feel my gums in that area. I was given a bit more and the work proceeded. I immediately jumped when the drill hit a nerve. This seemed to annoy Dr. Boone. I explained to him that it was extremely painful and he reluctantly injected additional numbing medicine and waited. When he started the work again, I could again feel him hitting the nerves. My involuntary reaction to pain clearly agitated him and I was so uncomfortable I almost got up and

I have seen numerous dentists in my life and Dr. Boone is by far the best I’ve worked with. Never in my life have I been EXCITED to go to the dentist until I discovered Smiles by Design (Dr. Boone and his team).
The staff is wonderful and make you feel right at home. Given my prior experiences at other dentists I had some anxiety going into the first appointment. When I got there I was greeted with an awesome front office staff who couldn’t help but make you smile and feel welcomed.
The hygienists were friendly and Dr. Boone did a fantastic job explaining everything along the way. Never ONCE

After not going to the dentist for many years, I was a bit nervous to go in for a check up. I selected Dr. Boone based on proximity to my work and the great reviews, and it was a great decision. Even though I had quite a few cavities, Dr. Boone was kind, considerate, and made the situation as pleasant as possible. He and his team really care about their patients. Every time I go in for an appointment I am greeted by the nurse so quickly I don't even get the chance to sit down in the waiting room. All around, it's a great place and I would highly recommend Dr. Boone.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Boone for over five years and have found him to be an amazing doctor and awesome guy. He has helped direct us fairly and with our best interest in mind. Dr. Boone's staff is very professional and fun to be around. With a busy schedule, it is very much appreciated to receive the "friendly reminder" phone calls to remind of upcoming appointments. We feel blessed that we have found a dentist who is fair and helpful in so many matters pertaining to our teeth and overall health.
