If I could leave 0 stars I would. They capped several teeth in my nephew's mouth without getting all of the cavities and infection out. They basically trapped 4 of his teeth with infection. They gave no paperwork, showed no xrays, pulled several teeth without letting my sister know if they gave them laughing gas or numbed him at all. In all honesty we are now having to put a 5 year old through roughly $8000 of dental work just to get his teeth healthy and undo the damage that has been done. Plus he's now terrified of the dentist. Also they call themselves pediatric but they can't see kids who won

I am disheartened to see so many bad reviews on Eastern Dental. My son has been going here for years and we have had nothing but good experiences.We switched from another dentist (who I will not name since I am not reviewing them and I won't go into details), but they also took medicaid and I WAS allowed back there with him and he had a really traumatic experience with that dentist and the assistant was really mean to my son right in front of me so we immediately started looking for somewhere else for him to go after that.
