I never thought I'd be writing a review for a towing company. Probably because usually the only memory is if you were pleased with the wait time. Like I cannot recall a single interaction I've ever had with the actual person who towed my car. ENTER UBALDO. I would trust this man with my life. AAA routed Vaqueros towing to our truck so it was luck of the draw but if you don't have roadside assistance and need to use a towing company, you can just stop reading honestly and call Vaqueros. I promise.

I waited nearly 2 hours for this rude man to finally show up. When he arrived I went to speak with him and he told me to move so he could photo my car. He was going to pull my car on backwards which is bad if it's a front wheel drive and when I tried to show it to him in my service manual he told me I wasn't really reading it. I told him fine if you mess up my tranny you can pay for it and he told me he was leaving. I told him good and called aaa back and got a tow truck operator who knew how to do his job correctly and has great customer service skills. The first guy should take lessons

We had to call AAA because the control arm went out on our lifted truck while driving on the 405. The gentleman that towed our truck was kind, and professional. Even went out of his way to get our truck up on our very steep driveway. I wish I would have gotten his name and will for sure use this company again if needed. Highly recommend this company!

Kudos to Vaqueros Towing! I needed our low ground clearance car transported to a local tire shop to get a couple flat tires replaced. It lost even more clearance with the location of the flats. I did not want it towed behind their truck; I insisted it go on a flatbed, but getting it up on it was tricky due to #shoutout Kudos to Vaqueros Towing. SUPER helpful and friendly service. They arrived to my house within 10 minutes of being dispatched by AAA, got my car jumpstarted and on the truck in probably another 10 and made friendly conversation the whole time. Offered some great insight in to the issue I was having as well. All around great experience.

We were just dropped off by Vaqueros Towing and we had an excellent experience. Our driver was incredibly friendly and kind after a rough evening (who really enjoys breaking down on 405??) He was super helpful, quick and efficient. It was also helpful that he is familiar with the area he services. If we need any random towing needs in the future, we will use them again!

I recently sold one of my cars to a company in Florida called Junk Car Zone, owned by a parent company named Brother Car Buyers. That company vended their towing services out to a larger national towing company called Copart up in Arlington. It really seems odd to be rating a towing company, but I feel it is the right thing to do. Whenever I have been in an unfortunate position of needing in my car, vaqueros has been there. They are always within the time slot they quote me, and they are extremely courteous and pleasant in person. Honestly, it seems like a company the employees are happy to be working for which says a lot.
Bottom line is this. If I get in a jam, for any reason and they are an option, I would without a doubt use them before anyone else to get the job done because history speaks for itself.
