I was in a bind and needed to tow my car home after it broke down on me. Luckily, Kirkland Towing wasn't far away. A quick call in and dispatch was able to get me connected to a driver right away.
Once my driver (Adam) showed up, he was kind and courteous about getting me hooked up and towed home. We shared a quick laugh about my car conundrums and were on our way. Adam was very careful about my vehicle once we arrived at our final destination.
Overall, I'll have to say Kirkland Towing was very gracious and understanding during a frustrating situation. They've earned my future

Often times having to get your car towed is a pretty negative experience. Although I was sad to have my car break down, these guys made it much better. Once my car broke down, I searched for nearby towing companies, and then I gave these guys a call. They were there very quickly, which surprised me quite a bit. My driver was Jerimiah. He had my car onto his truck promptly, and with care.
I believe that their rate was very fair. Everyone that I dealt with both on the phone and with Jerimiah were very kind. I would recommend Kirkland Towing very highly. Thank you all again for getting me out of

The price is great and the service was quick! Nobody likes being stuck on the side of the road, and it wasn't a great feeling to have to need a tow, but they gave me a speedy ETA and came to the rescue when they said they would. Jerimiah was definitely a big help!!
I can't thank you enough for your help. Incredible service. I know exactly who I'll be calling next time I have car troubles!

I am one of those people that would always be driving by others that had a tire flat and ask if they needed help. Well, recently there was a slight mishap and it was my turn to receive help and Kirkland Towing did an amazing job helping out. The guys name I believe was Bobby, he was helpful and didn't hesitate to drive out and be there when we needed him most. I love how they are local here in Kirkland and not a corporate company, you know that they will do anything for their customers.

Despite being in one of the worst moods after being in an accident in my work vehicle, the gentleman (I'm so sad I didn't get his name!!) that came to tow my vehicle from Kirkland Towing was so kind and just plain awesome! He was very patient with me, even though I probably was a bit difficult to deal with.
The service was prompt and polite and I would recommend them to anyone!
