Pam Skop Wellness
Welcome to Pam Skop Wellness, a mental health practice based in New York City offering telehealth support. We all face challenging times in our lives. We spend so much of our lives trying to fit into a mold created for us and can benefit from a space to explore who we truly are. At Pam Skop Wellness, we work collaboratively with clients to create a warm, open, and trusting space.

Our focus is on working with women and female identifying clients with eating disorders and during the pre and postpartum period, as well as those with anxiety, depression and trauma. We are so glad you are here. You deserve this time to work on yourself and improve your quality of life, give yourself that gift!
Services
At Pam Skop Wellness, we offer a variety of therapeutic outlets to fit each individual and their needs. If individual therapy does not meet where you are right now or you are in need of some extra support, groups are a great way to find the support you're looking for.

Brianna is a 100 Hour Trained Meditation Teacher and will be running several group courses throughout the year focusing on topics including disordered eating, self-esteem, and meditation.If you are interested in any of the following groups, please reach out to Brianna at brianna@pamskopwellness.com for more details and prices.
I am a limited permit mental health counselor, meditation teacher, and trained trauma professional. Graduating with my Master's from the small town of Cazenovia has given me many opportunities to intern at various institutions working with children, adolescents, and adults. One thing that came out of all those experiences is finding my purpose - helping others process everything with self-love and appreciation.
At Pam Skop wellness, we work collaboratively with our clients to create a warm, open, and trusting space. Our approach to therapy uses a mix of two evidence based therapeutic approaches: Psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive behavioral therapy.

This means that we will work together to challenge negative thinking patterns, as well as explore where these thinking patterns may have developed and the impact that has had on your relationships and overall quality of life.In this work you will gain insight and create effective coping skills.
I completed my Vinyasa training at Laughing Lotus Yoga Studios in New York and my Prenatal training at the Prenatal Yoga Center. I have also studied trauma informed yoga through Three and a Half Acres Yoga and teach a wide array of classes from open-level vinyasa, to chair yoga, to children's and family sessions.
Brianna is available to offer appointments at a sliding scale based off of financial need. Both Pam and Brianna can work with you as an out-of-network provider. We will give you superbills to submit to your insurance company of you have out of network benefits. We cannot guarantee coverage. Both Pam and Brianna are available to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call prior to your first session.
