This is a terrible company to use for respite services for your child. The people they send only do the bare minimum and don't really want to work. When the workers call out they don't have adequate coverage to send another person. They just ignore your calls and could care less if you are without someone. I would not recommend this place.

I had a lot of respect and admiration for this agency. Until I reveice message from this agency without notice or a reason terminating my son respite by voicemail. It was cruel, unprofessional and a complete disregard for a parent and a child needs for special services. Please stay away from this agency cause they are very careless and will drop your service if they feel like it and you are left stranded
