If you are looking for consistency, you won't find it here. On almost a weekly basis there is an issue with the aid either being extremely late or not being able to show up at all due to "car troubles" or some other series of unfortunate events. For elderly patients suffering from dementia, consistency and establishing daily routines is extremely important. You will not get that here.
