If I could give more stars I would, trust me! Dr Kia is gentle, kind, patient and he is the only person I would ever trust with my face. He numbed my forehead with an ice pack and when inserting the Botox I didn't feel a thing! He would frequently check in with me throughout the visit to make sure I was doing ok. I can't wait to go back for my next visit!

Dr Kia Shakib is exceptional! I don’t trust anyone with my Botox other than him and have so far done two sessions of Morpheus 8/PRP, one more to go. I’m very happy with the result I’m seeing. My skin is definitely more plump and firm. He’s an amazing doctor, always very patient and informative explaining the procedures and making me feel comfortable.
He’s very honest and never agrees to treatments/procedures I request when I don’t need them which I highly appreciate it. I’ve also bought a few of his cream/serums and really liked those as well!
I highly recommend him to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Kia for several years and he consistently provides me with the proper care, attention and services to keep this mama of 2 looking youthful! I love his conservative approach with my skin and how natural the outcome is every time. Recently I started doing the Forma treatment with him and my skin has never looked better. Dr. Kia is one of the best doctors I've seen so far in the cosmetics filed. He has great knowledge and really cares about his patients and their results. Honestly is number one. Dr Kia is wonderful! He is has a gentle touch so whatever you're going in for feels relaxing and is not nerve wracking. Also he gives honest feedback on what you may be inquiring about. Unlike other doctors in LA that will say you need this and you need that just so they can take your $$$, I feel like I can trust him and am grateful for him!

Dr. Kia is incredible! He is knowledgeable, caring, informative… I immediately felt at ease and in good hands. He never try’s to sell treatments to me that I don’t really need- he always says “less is more!” .He cares more about how you look than the profit that he makes- that’s super rare to find here in La . I recommended him to all of my friends, and honestly I can highly recommend him to everyone else as well! He is a wonderful person and doctor.

I had originally come to Dr. Kia to get basic botox treatment but decided to try out the Morpheus 8 micro-needling device that enhances collagen production. After being numbed for about an hour the treatment itself only lasted for about 15/20 minutes. The process was relatively pain free (3/10) and the redness/swelling only lasted for about 48 hours. Anyone that noticed anything on my face thought I'd just been out in the sun too long. Although the results wont show for another 3/4 weeks I can already feel and see more tightness in my skin. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kia. I almost don't want to write this review because I want to keep him to myself ;) he is highly knowledgeable in his expertise and is so compassionate. I recently went to him for a skin issue on my legs and he was so attentive, following up with me everyday and made sure I was taking all my medications. My legs are finally healed and I have Dr. Kia to thank!

If I could give doc 6 stars, I would! He has an artistic eye for beauty combined with a gentle touch. He sees things that I couldn't see before which made such a difference. This is just what I was looking for. Someone to make some minor tweaks, that no one else would notice, that would make me look my very best. He is very realistic and won't push you at all like other cosmetic docs out there. You can trust him and follow his suggestions without any concern; a rare find in this day and age when everyone is trying to sell you on something!! You can rest assured when you are in his hands

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Shakib! We live in a world of Botox and fillers, but that doesn't mean you have to look puffy and frozen! I love that he was very conservative when using Botox and fillers. The experience was painless and easy. He's very knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you really like the end results. Dr. Shakib is my go-to for making this tired mommy of 2 look rested and youthful!

I highly recommend their services. They're honest and forthright about the treatment results which I do sincerely appreciated. They also had great bedside manner.
Added bonus- they have monthly specials! I've discovered quite a few bargains with them because of their specials. Join their mailing list and give them a try. It's a wonderful office.

After my review, Christine the practice manager did reach out to me right away to talk about my experience. It seemed that Lucy was not comfortable using the same setting as Neekan did in the past and therefore did not give me the same treatment. I do understand the rationale but wish that this was communicated to me at any time prior to the start of the laser treatment instead of afterwards, then I would have asked for either a re-consultation to talk about other options or cancelled the appointment. I do appreciate the follow up and the refund, just wish the initial communication was better.
