I'm not a cake person to be honest, but someone gave me a slice when they took a cake for a birthday at MDC and woah! It was good. 10/10.

This bakery was amazing and lately the service just isn’t there! Not the first weekend that I call back to back and get a recording because the phone is off the hook. I was trying to place and order about a week ago for pickup and literally called 37 times! I showed up and the girls claimed they had not realized it was off the hook. I know for a fact the owner would be livid. It’s unacceptable

This was simply unacceptable. I ordered this breakfast sandwich thinking it would come as any other Cuban breakfast sandwich; toasted, buttery, and with the little papita sticks. To my surprise it was nothing I'd hoped for because it's a CUBAN BAKERY; they could do no wrong! Boy was I mistaken... instead I got this SAD sandwich that was falling apart with little to no effort and a few more seconds and they would've burnt the eggs. I also got a ham croqueta which was horrific; the fakest most processed croqueta I've ever seen. Quite disappointed.

I have been coming to this family owned bakery for 20 years. It is the best latin bakery in Northwest Dade! Delicious pastries, sandwiches, empanadas and latin foods. Excellent service.

I was there with my friend a few weeks ago after we got our vaccine near this bakery. We weren't familiar with the area, so we asked people working at the vaccine site to see if they know any good local bakery. One of the guys suggested this place.
We got some croquetas and Cuban bread with a cup of cafe con leche. They were so tasty!
The place was clean, and the staff there were friendly.
If I am in the area, I would stop by again!

First time there and I'm definitely going back! I ordered a cake, food and appetizers for a party and I hope they are as good as their customer service and sweets. Xumil was very very helpful. I also hope I can try their breakfasts soon because they look really good.

Our family have been costumers for over 10 years. We love their steaks sandwiches, but this is the second time that we buy them and they are just not the same. Their steaks use to be well seasoned full of flavor. The sandwiches we bought were tasteless, the meat was dry and tasted as if it had been refrigerated for days. The meat looked dry and hard as a sole. They either changed who cooks and prepares the food or they are just not making the effort to give customers what they pay for.

Cute little bakery that offers pastries, milkshakes, coffees and light bites. There is also a section for wine.

You can also pre-order off of their catering menu for upcoming parties or events, from small pastries like pastelitos and empanadas to lechón and trays of rice, salads, and sides...etc. Everything looked very good and the items I tried were very good, service was good as well.

I can't wait to go back to try some sweets on my next trip.

P.S. A lot of people ordered their croquetas when I was there, so I would assume those are good to try there.

Just ordered a Arroz Imperial with Maduros and assorted pastries and Cuban sandwiches everything was delicious. Which would have been 5 stars but the fact that I was charged an extra 7. 50 extra for using my debit card and I wasn't even told I was going to be a charged extra and it's not posted anywhere was just very upsetting and that will definitely determine whether I go again to purchase anything there if I'm gonna be charged a surcharge for using my debit card.

The food was good; however, there's a woman by the name of Megan who is very nasty.. needs to learn how to treat customers. Thank God she's only there on the weekends. When I go to the bakery from Monday-Friday early morning, the service is excellent and the new manager, she is blonde ... she is great.. she needs to be recognized.

We catered our Cuban pork, friend plantains, black beans and white rice for our cuban thanksgiving (few days early for family in town). The pork was delicious!! It was juicy and filled with flavor. The beans were also very tasty. Of all the places we have purchased Cuban food from, this is definitely my favorite and would recommend for others to try.

Everything here is phenomenal.

They always make my breakfast just like I like it. Cuban style. It usually consists of a cafe con leche, eggs with ham and cheese and a tostada on the side.

All bakery items are a great choice too.

I've noticed they do food catering and completas (food service to go) which looks good. And a HUGE wine selection towards the back.

Immediate thoughts: they could've thought of a more unique name for this bakery. Like come on, El Bakery at 186? Step up your name game!

I've been to this bakery quite a few times, it's a solid bakery to say the least. Their croquetas, i feel, are some of the best in the area, easily beating out Vicky Bakery's. The food is also cheap. I went for breakfast and for $4 I had scrambled eggs with cheese, ham and onions, that also includes a tostada. The tostadas are okay, I prefer them to be en la plancha. Their pastelitos are also delicious, especially their cheese pastelitos.

This bakery is great. I have been coming here for years...The owners are very nice and recognize you when you are a regular customer which is nice. The tostada (toast) is delicious because they use an individual cuban roll rather than a slice of regular cuban bread. The party platters are $6 for 25 count. All the food and sweets are priced reasonably. You can eat in or take to go.

It's a Cuban bakery and then some. They also sell food and wine bottles. Anytime of day is great. Whenever I get a craving for Cuban food, I just swing by to get a quick bite.

Very helpful staff at this extensive Cuban cafe/bakery that has great hours of operation.

Even at 5am they were jamming out, being the only place nearby with customers (10+). When you walk in they have plenty of bakery items on display. Anywhere from desserts to breakfast items and lunch snacks. They have fresh brewed colada and a nice menu with breakfast and lunch for extremely affordable prices. (Pastaletos are 95¢ and 1/2 colada (estimated 3 oz) was 75¢. It's almost like inflation never hit! They have breakfast combos available for $3.25. Really can't wait to try some breakfast
