El Indio Bakery dates from the 70's. It was the first Cuban Bakery of Hialeah, whose original owner, known for Cuco, won high reputation in the business.
Since then and during these ten years, El Indio Bakery has not closed its doors for a single day, even under the most severe weather conditions, leading to the large family of customers with the highest quality without losing the Cuban touch, they are able to satisfy the most demanding aesthetic and culinary tastes.
