I had an exceptional experience while looking for 2 affordable watch batteries on short notice. I was helped very promptly in their beautiful store and allowed to browse the merchandise. I wanted just a simple cross that my husband had told me to get whenever. I'd looked in catalogs, big box stores and other places that were either way too pricey or not well made. I told the salesperson that I would be back with my husband in tow. My sales lady came to help us quickly and efficiently and I now own just what I wanted. I’ve been going to Holly Springs for a few years. They’ve done custom jewelry, appraisals, repairs (both major and minor) and cleanings. Their customer service and prices are top notch and I’ll continue to be a customer as long asI live in the area (I pass at least one other jeweler on my way to Holly Springs).

They did a great job for us in creating some beautiful necklaces for my daughters from my mother in law’s wedding jewelry. They also do regular maintenance on my rings and my husband’s watches. Very professional and the shop has lots of beautiful pieces. I’ve recommended Annette and her store to several friends and family members.

Perfect little corner shop in downtown Woodstock. I was able to call and get an appraisal appointment immediately. They were accommodating and professional. Plus, the appraisal prices were lower than others in the area. The quick turnaround with photos was much appreciated by my insurer. Absolutely recommend.

The 3 people I met here are very friendly and it felt like they cared about my needs. I took a pair of sterling earrings in to be fixed. They put a new post on the one that had broken for $35. I also got a 2” sterling silver chain extender for $15 to go on my 16” necklace that felt too short for my neck. The jewelry they have in their cases is STUNNING but I have not made a major purchase... yet. I will definitely return for repairs and purchases in the future.

We had such a fantastic experience! My wife and I went in to custom make the ring of her dreams and incorporate her great grandmothers diamond. We had no clue where to even start and this team took it from there and turned my wife’s dream ring into reality and then some! Amazing experience and highly recommend!
