My wife and I are from out of town and we were only able to visit the store on the day it was supposed to be closed. Tony was kind enough to meet us on his off day and took care of us like we were his own. His knowledge and experience in this industry is second to none and the value you get is worth the drive, no matter how far away. Cultured Brilliance has customers for life for me and my wife.

The staff there was incredibly friendly and professional. They did an amazing job listening to my description of what I was looking for and spent several days searching for someone that was in my budget before I even had my in person appointment. The ring was perfect and the price was reasonable. I am definitely going back for the wedding bands!

However, the level of customer service I received as a first-time, remote customer made me feel like a next-door neighbor or a member of a local family that Cultured Brilliance has served for years. I love the diamond hoop earrings I bought from Kat. She was so knowledgeable and helpful in my decision making. She has such great jewelry choices available.
