The word carat derives from the word carob, a Mediterranean seed, which has an extremely consistent weight for measuring. The greater the carat weight, the rarer, and more valuable the diamond becomes. Five metric carats weighs exactly 1 gram. Some people want the largest diamond possible.

Spent almost $400 to resize my wife's and my wedding rings. I really wanted to support a small family business and Green's was where it's at. Friendly, helpful staff and a great place for jewelry and getting your items cleaned and resized. I am very happy with Green's. I would recommend them, there is a reason they have very good reviews. My fiancé wanted my ring to be extremely special for me so he & my grandmother decided that taking the diamond from her wedding band from my late grandfather & placing it in a new setting for me would be a good… idea… And I can’t think of a more special engagement ring. Excellent place to go for all your jewelry needs, I can say with a great deal of experience that they have HIGHLY skilled techs who do the repairs. I have a very old and worn out white gold necklace they have repaired more than 6 or 8 times, because I just refuse to quit wearing it. They fix the breaks and spot the weak points when possible, and always tell me to BE CAREFUL. But it has sentimental value and I will repair and wear it untill I lose it, I'm sure, no matter the cost. Great selection, very happy and eager to help staff. Great jeweler, check them out!

Although I live in another town, I find myself returning to my hometown jewelers time and time again. There is no other business I trust with my family heirlooms and newly-made jewelry than Green's Jewelers. I am warmly welcomed each time I return to Green's. Ashley is very, very knowledgeable about gemstones, and has wonderful ideas when creating new heirlooms out of old heirlooms. I trust her implicitly. I will continue to do business with Green's in the future.

My fiancée purchased my engagement ring from Greens and it was gorgeous! We also purchased both of our bass from there, I had to have my rings sautered together. I dropped them off and 2 days later they were ready! I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience than I did with Greens, we will be frequent customers from here on out!

Green’s went above and beyond for us today. We went in and were told it would be Tuesday before we could get our rings sized. A few hours later got a message that our rings were ready and they looked great, better than when we bought them. We have decided that we have found our Jeweler for any future issues we need fixed or any other jewelry we decide we want.
