Being a young adult is challenging. You are supposed to figure out who you are, what you want to do with your life and navigate relationships with friends, family, significant others. Young adulthood is an exciting stage of life that comes along with its own subset of issues. Whether you are finishing school, moving on to another educational endeavor or entering your career, young adulthood is full of transitions and big decisions. You might be wanting to move away from family for the first time or starting your first serious relationship.
For those that want to use health insurance, most insurances have "behavioral health benefits" or "mental health benefits" that you can ask about. Most people have a deductible. Deductibles vary in amount. The deductible is a monetary number that you have to reach before you have 100% coverage, partial coverage (called co-insurance) or just a copay to make on your visits.
