Just leaving my second appointment that I had hoped would be an improvement on the first. I went so far as to request a different provider than the woman I originally saw whose attitude I felt was dismissive and condescending during my first appointment. Actually saw the Dr. Himself today, and could only think I wish I’d stuck with that PA I’d seen prior, as he was no less dismissive and unpleasant. I came to this office purely out of convenience for a very simple skin check, even though it’s out of network and I was paying out of pocket for less than 10 minutes of his time. I’m not big on reviews and I usually don’t do this but i had to share my experience. I had Dr. Katherine and the first thing she did when she came in the room was scold me on not having a vaccine and force her beliefs on me that’s not at all why I came here. When she asked me everything I used on my skin she made me feel dumb for using things that worked the best for my skin. She would cut me off after every product to put in her rude comment and obviously I know the products I’m using aren’t what I should be using or I wouldn’t have made an appointment for guidance on my skin. Dr. Brown is an experienced physician and is always punctual, focused, and thorough.
He and his staff provide care for medical skin conditions, and also offer a variety of cosmetic skin care services. I have had great experiences in the office and, most importantly, never feel like any of the staff push products or additional services.

I visited this office once in 2019 had a great annual scan by a PA. Today I went to this office for a small issue & was put in Dr. Brown’s care. He has the absolute worse bedside manor of any doctor, I have ever encountered. Not only did he not introduce himself upon entering the room, he spent <15 seconds scanning me. After diagnosing me, I briefly and politely questioned him and he immediately cut me off and said “if you’d just let me finish, I don’t want to waste my breath.” Of course, with respect, I said nothing.
