Home Patrol is owned and operated by Pat Arndt, a Professional Home Inspector with a lifelong passion for all aspects of the real estate industry. She has worked in the home inspection business for five years and has completed over 400 detailed and professional inspections for her clients. Before becoming a licensed home inspector, Pat worked as both a licensed realtor and a licensed builder.
Home Patrol's Residential Home Inspection Services are intended for single and multi-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and farms. All inspections adhere to ASHI's Standards of Practice (SOP). A Pre-Listing Inspection helps sellers prepare their home for the competitive housing market. Before it gets listed, the home will be inspected for any defects that the seller doesn't want potential buyers to find.

We really enjoyed working with Patty on our home inspection.
